4. prosince 2020 vyjde výběr největších hitů legendární kapely The White Stripes pod jasným názvem Greatest Hits. Historicky první kolekce největších hitů ikonického rockového dua, Jacka a Meg Whiteových, obsahuje 26 skladeb, od pozdních 90. let až po hitovky okolo roku 2000, kdy sbírali jedno ocenění za druhým. Zhruba před dvaceti lety vstoupilo sourozenecké duo na hudební scénu a už v prvních letech jejich působení slavilo úspěchy. Čekalo je světové turné. Další album. Více vystoupení. Další album. Bláznivé roky plné úspěchů na všech stranách, nejdivočejší sny se stávaly skutečností…. The White Stripes se staly světovou senzací. Jako upoutávku na připravovaný výběr největších hitů zvolili sourozenci zveřejnit nikdy dříve nepublikované vystoupení z japonského Shibuya-AX v roce 2003, a to s písní Ball and Biscuit.Toto album je zároveň první nahrávkou, která vyjde pod novou smlouvou mezi Sony Music Entertainment, Jackem Whitem a Third Man Records. "Elephant" je štvrtý štúdiový album amerického rockového dua White Stripes. Vyšlo 1. apríla 2003 prostredníctvom V2, XL a Third Man Records. Album sa nahrával dva týždne v apríli 2002 – s výnimkou poslednej skladby albumu "Well, It's True That We Love One Another", ktorá bola nahraná v novembri 2001 a produkoval sa bez použitia počítačov, namiesto toho s použitím osemstopového magnetofónu a rôzneho vybavenia nie staršieho ako 1963. "Elephant" získal uznanie kritikov a často sa uvádza ako najlepšie dielo White Stripes. Album si vyslúžil niekoľko ocenení, vrátane nominácie na album roka a víťazstva v kategórii Najlepší album alternatívnej hudby na 46. udeľovaní cien Grammy. V roku 2012 ho časopis Rolling Stone zaradil na 390. miesto v zozname „500 najlepších albumov všetkých čias“ a navyše ho zaradil na piaty najlepší album dekády 2000.
