Documents on Contemporary Crafts is a book series published by Norwegian Crafts in collaboration with Arnoldsche Art Publishers. The series provides a critical reflection of contemporary crafts in a wider context and in doing so asks questions about the ties between contemporary craft, fine art and design, thus helping to redefine the concept of crafts as such. The five volumes discuss such topics as skills, materiality, curating, collecting, perception and New Materialism. The more than thirty contributors range from leading craft theorists, such as Jorunn Veiteberg, Glenn Adamson and Liesbeth den Besten, via academics outside the craft tradition, such as Roger L. Kneebone, professor of surgical education, Trevor Marchand, professor of social anthropology, and Margaret Wasz, consultant psychological therapist, to emerging voices like Sarah R. No. 1: Museum for Skills. Skills are essential to the crafts discourse. Yet in an art world that for the last 50 years has become increasingly focused on conceptual strategies, we have seen the tendencies of deskilling and outsourcing. In Museum for Skills, the contributors analyse the current situation for skills by drawing on experience from the fields of brain research, surgery and anthropology.

Ruská literatúra 18.-21. storočia
Predkladaná monografia je výsledkom trojročného úsilia autorského kolektívu literárnych vedcov-rusistov z Katedry ruského jazyka a literatúry Filozofickej fakulty Univerzity Komenského v Bratislave, Filozofickej fakulty Prešovskej univerzity v Prešove a Ústavu svetovej literatúry SAV v Bratislave. Autorský kolektív, ktorý z prevažnej časti participoval aj na tvorbe Slovníka ruskej literatúry 11.-20.storočia, a jednak „doplniť“jeho materiál o také dimenzie literárnych dejín, ktoré slovníkový formát neumožňoval zahrnúť do obsahu daného kompendia. Preto sa v tejto monografii neopakuje charakteristika tvorby jednotlivých autorov v podobe samostatných medailónov či„portrétov“, ale v centre pozornosti autorského kolektívu stojí literárny proces, rekonštruovaný na pozadí spoločensko-historických udalostí a súvislostí kľúčových etáp vývoja ruskej literatúry 18.-21.storočia.
Fakt, že Ruská literatúra 18.-21.storočia by mohla slúžiť aj ako vysokoškolská učebnica dejín ruskej literatúry s pomerne širokým využitím(rusistika,areálové štúdiá,kulturológia,umenoveda)a že by mohla ponúknuť relevantné informácie aj záujemcom z iných vekových i profesijných oblastí, determinoval tak jej obsah,ako i spôsob spracovania. pre tento široko chápaný profil adresáta sa autorský kolektív rozhodol okrem iného aj preto, že táto monografia je nielen prvým pokusom o spracovanie slovenských dejín ruskej literatúry, ale aj jedným z prvých pokusov o syntetické uchopenie vývinovej trajektórie inonárodnej literatúry v slovenskej literárnovednej tradícii.

Patos v českém umění, literatuře a umělecko-estetickém myšlení
Kniha sleduje dosud zcela nezpracované a nezhodnocené téma „patosu“ a „patetičnosti“ v českém umění a umělecko-estetickém myšlení tzv. protektorátních let. V popředí stojí uvažování historika umění a teoretika umělecké skupiny „Sedm v říjnu“ (1939–1941) Pavla Kropáčka (1915– 1943) a historičky a teoretičky umění Růženy Vackové (1901–1982), jejíž rozsáhlou monografi i Výtvarný projev v dramatickém umění (1948), kterou se podařilo vydat krátce před autorčiným zatčením a mnohaletých vězněním, možno považovat mj. za svým způsobem mimořádný příspěvek k teorii performativity. Uvažování o patosu je zde zároveň rekonstrukcí vztahu mezi estetickým a umělecko-historickým uvažováním o umění, rekonstrukcí afektivně-emocionální zkušenosti s uměním a (est)etickým postojem ve válečných letech, téměř v duchu aischylovského pathei mathos – učit se utrpením.
