For a moment let’s return to the self you imagine you are; you feel trapped inside fear, which is largely unconscious, and often becomes overwhelming. Perhaps the pain seems inevitable for an open deep heart, such as the dread of being lost, alone or anonymous. In short you are exhausted by the pretence.
