Pussycat Dolls, The - PCD (20th Anniversary) CD
The Pussycat Dolls je americká dievčenská skupina a tanečný súbor založený v Los Angeles v Kalifornii choreografom Robinom Antinom v roku 1995 ako neo-burlesque súbor. Na návrh Jimmyho Iovinea sa Antin rozhodol pre mainstreamovú skupinu ako popovú skupinu. Antin vyjednal nahrávaciu z mluvu s Interscope Geffen A&M Records v roku 2003, čím sa skupina zmenila na hudobnú franšízu zahŕňajúcu Nicole Scherzinger, Carmit Bachar, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta, Melody Thornton a Kimberly Wyatt. Ich debut, propagačná obálka piesne „Sway“, bola uvedená na soundtracku k filmu Shall We Dance z roku 2004.
"PCD" je debutový štúdiový album americkej dievčenskej skupiny Pussycat Dolls, vydaný 12. septembra 2005 u A&M Records. V roku 1995 boli Pussycat Dolls vytvorené ako burleskná skupina choreografa Robina Antina. Po pritiahnutí pozornosti médií Antin založil spoločný podnik s Interscope Records, aby vyvinul Pussycat Dolls na značku, pričom Jimmy Iovine pridelil projekt Ronovi Fairovi. Ako jeden z výkonných producentov Fair produkoval väčšinu albumu a spolupracoval s producentmi ako Kwamé, Polow da Don a Rich Harrison. Hudobný štýl PCD bol opísaný ako pop/R&B a urban dance-pop. Textovo album zahŕňa sexuálne narážky a skúma témy feminizmu a romantiky. Obsahuje vokály hostí od rapperov Busta Rhymes, Timbaland a Will.i.am.

Darkthrone - Pre-Historic Metal CD
Darkthrone je nórska blackmetalová kapela z Kolbotnu v grófstve Akershus. Založená v roku 1986 ako deathmetalová kapela s názvom Black Death, v roku 1991 prešla na black metalový štýl ovplyvnený skupinami Bathory a Celtic Frost a stala sa jednou z popredných kapiel na nórskej black metalovej scéne. V roku 1991 kapela vydala svoj debutový štúdiový album Soulside Journey, ich jediný death metalový album pred prechodom na black metal. Ich prvé tri black metalové albumy, A Blaze in the Northern Sky (1992), Under a Funeral Moon (1993) a Transilvanian Hunger (1994), sa často označujú ako „Unholy Trinity“. Tieto albumy sú považované za vrchol kariéry kapely a patria medzi najvplyvnejšie black metalové vydania.
„Pre-Historic Metal“ obsahuje osem skladieb prekypujúcich prvotnými eposmi a gigantickými riffmi, ktoré sa môžu pochváliť organickým zvukom a všadeprítomným duchom 70. a 80. rokov – pokračovanie majstrovstva, ktoré bolo už evidentné na albume „It Beckons Us All“ (2024). Knack, The - Knackology: The Zen Recordings CD
The Knack bola americká power-popová kapela, ktorú v roku 1978 založili v Los Angeles v Kalifornii Doug Fieger (spev, rytmická gitara), Berton Averre (sólová gitara, sprievodný spev), Prescott Niles (basgitara) a Bruce Gary (bicie). Vďaka úspechu debutového singlu „My Sharona“ sa ich prvý album Get the Knack (1979) dostal na prvé miesto v niekoľkých krajinách. Ich ďalšie dva albumy, ...But The Little Girls Understand (1980) a Round Trip (1981), však boli menej úspešné, čo viedlo k rozpadu kapely v roku 1982. Hlavný skladateľ a spevák skupiny The Knack, Doug Fieger, založil Zen Records ako platformu pre nový materiál skupiny The Knack, ako aj pre skoré nahrávky, demo nahrávky a ďalšie, aby ich sprístupnil verejnosti. Spoločnosť Omnivore Recordings má česť spolupracovať so Zen Records už viac ako desať rokov.
„Knackology: The Zen Recordings“ zhromažďuje 19 klasických vystúpení skupiny The Knack. This new paradigm proposed that humanity inherited death and corruption, but not sin, from Adam and that the purpose of the Incarnation and salvific work of Christ was to restore humanity from death and corruption, but not an inherent sinfulness.In contrast to this popular and seemingly dogmatic paradigm and false dichotomy between Western and Eastern teaching on sin and atonement, this volume asserts that the writings of many Eastern fathers of the early fifth century incorporate many, if not the majority, of the terms and teachings behind what have been labeled as Western departures concerning original sin and atonement. Through a comprehensive analysis of the writings of Cyril of Alexandria and some of his contemporaries in the early fifth century East during the time of the Pelagian controversy, this book demonstrates that a central and consistent theme of their soteriology revolves around the sinfulness and guilt of all humanity that is rooted in Adam''s sin by nature and is resolved only through recapitulation into the new root, the second Adam, the impeccable Christ. Christ''s impeccability is necessary to correct the state of sinfulness and guilt in humanity through his incarnation and spotless sacrifice on the cross as a ransom and substitute on behalf of and in exchange of all to satisfy the divine justice and to restore humanity to its original state in the divine image.
