Tentokrát se českým čtenářům dostává do rukou příběh o zločinu, ke kterému došlo před čtyřmi tisíci lety ve starém Egyptě. Dějem nás zde sice nedoprovází žádný z oblíbených detektivů, ovšem o svěží vyprávění korunované překvapivým rozuzlením rozhodně ochuzeni nebudeme.
