Kniha v širších souvislostech propojuje dvě aktuální badatelská témata. Jsou jimi demokracie a občanské vzdělávání. Soubor pěti kapitol využívá data několika výzkumů, které autorský tým realizoval v posledních letech. Nespornou výhodou tak je, že kromě teoretických východisek představuje analýzu konkrétních názorů a postojů obyvatel k těmto dvěma jevům. Zároveň se však nesnažíme pouze popisovat, interpretovat či analyzovat, ale také navrhovat řešení. Obzvlášť výrazný a inovativní je výzkum lokálních politických aktivit, respektive soustředění se na fenomén, kterému říkáme demokratické inovace. V této knize jsme si položili důležitou otázku: co bychom mohli lépe udělat pro to, abychom podpořili pozitivní vztah k demokratickému systému? Nabízíme poměrně jednoznačné odpovědi a naším přáním je, aby se jim dostalo patřičného posouzení, kritického, konstruktivního a třeba i souhlasného.

Koncepcii zákona sa v nevyhnutnej miere prispôsobili normy trestného práva, čoho výsledkom je súbor právnych noriem tvoriacich samotný zákon o trestnej zodpovednosti právnických osôb a zároveň došlo k nevyhnutnej aplikácii v spojitosti s Trestným zákonom a Trestným poriadkom. Kniha mapuje a zhodnocuje dílo konceptuálního umělce a spisovatele Milana Kozelky (1948–2014). Konceptuální umělec a literát Kozelka zanechal nesmazatelnou stopu v českém umění především osmdesátých a devadesátých let. Od šedesátých let se věnoval poezii a jeho básně jsou dnes zařazovány do kontextu českého beatnického hnutí. Od sedmdesátých let se pak Kozelka věnoval akčnímu umění. Upozornil na sebe především sérií Kontakty, kterou vytvořil na začátku 80. let na Šumavě. Jeho extrémní tělové akce, v nichž se například zavěsil do divokého proudu Hamerského potoka, jsou významným příspěvkem k dějinám českého body artu. V sedmdesátých a osmdesátých letech paralelně rozvíjel svou výtvarnou tvorbu, ať už měla podobu konceptuální kresby nebo land-artových instalací. Kozelka vždy sledoval aktuální dění a jeho neklidná povaha ho hnala k dalším akcím. V osmdesátých letech se stal významným organizátorem kulturního dění na neoficiální scéně. Na přelomu 70. a 80. let se v jeho bytě v Templové ulici v Praze konala neoficiální setkání, performance a diskuze. V 80. letech vystavoval na řadě alternativních výstav nezávislé scény, např. Chmelnice – Mutějovice (1983) nebo Setkání na tenisových dvorcích Sparta (1982). V devadesátých letech založil v Karlových Varech pobočku pražské alternativní organizace Artforum a organizoval zde výstavy, filozofické přednášky, literární festivaly a koncerty. Podílel se na řadě regionálních aktivit, např. v Brně a Olomouci, vedle vlastní prozaické tvorby koncipoval několik antologií literárních textů a aktivně performoval.
