Občianske právo hmotné je základnou učebnou pomôckou nielen pre študentov právnických fakúlt, ale aj pre odborníkov v praxi, ako aj pre širšiu verejnosť, ktorá sa chce oboznámiť so základmi tohto odvetvia práva. Publikácia je rozdelená do piatich častí. V prvom zväzku je zaradená prvá časť, kde sú podané výklady zo všeobecnej časti občianskeho práva, napríklad o subjektoch, predmete a ochrane občianskoprávnych vzťahov, druhá časť učebnice o vecných právach, a to vlastníckemu právu, podielovému spoluvlastníctvu a bezpodielovému spoluvlastníctvu manželov, záložnému právu, vecným bremenám a zádržnému právu. V druhom zväzku je tretia časť záväzkové právo, a to jednak všeobecná časť záväzkového práva, jednak jednotlivé zmluvy, ktoré sú upravené predovšetkým v Občianskom zákonníku. Štvrtá časť je venovaná zodpovednosti za škodu a bezdôvodnému obohateniu, kde sú rozoberané jednotlivé predpoklady zodpovednosti za škodu. Piata časť obsahuje výklady o dedičskom práve. Tretie vydanie je aktualizované, upravené a doplnené v súlade so zmenami, ktoré nastali v legislatíve Slovenskej republiky, vrátane noriem EÚ, od druhého vydania.

Důvod byl celkem jednoduchý: kniha je originální, čtivou, vskutku praktickou příručkou, zamýšlenou původně pro začínající soudce a advokáty a adepty těchto profesí, ale ukázala se jako velmi přínosný průvodce, jakýsi denní manuál a cenná příležitost pro „zopakování látky", se kterou rádi pracují i zkušení právníci v justici i advokacii (navíc v ní řadu poučení najdou např. i notáři, soudní exekutoři, státní zástupci či insolvenční správci), ale shánějí se po ní i studenti právnických fakult, kteří se rozhodují o své budoucnosti. Druhé, aktualizované vydání Klíče k soudní síni si tedy vyžádala sama praxe. Zkušený autorský tým vedený soudcem Ústavního soudu JUDr. Jaromírem Jirsou publikaci provedl nejen „upgrade" původního rukopisu podle současného právního stavu, ale doplnil jej také o další praktické a zčásti i teoretické poznatky. Po výkladu o postavení a struktuře právnického stavu (část A, autor JUDr. Karel Havlíček, který je též editorem celého díla) následuje obsáhlá soudcovská partie „Justiční klíč" (část B, autoři JUDr. Jaromír Jirsa, JUDr. Libor Vávra) a poté pasáž „Advokátský klíč" (část C, autoři JUDr. Petr Meduna, Mgr. Kryštof Janek). Zásadní partie publikace zahrnují výklady o cestě a předpokladech pro výkon soudcovského a advokátského povolání, podrobné a zasvěcené pohledy na vnitřní organizaci soudu, vztahy mezi soudcem a jeho kolegy, funkcionáři i zaměstnanci soudu, pracovní režim soudce, jeho činnost v řízení civilním i trestním na všech stupních (se stručnými připomínkami specifik soudního řízení správního a řízení před Ústavním soudem) – přípravu řízení, dokazování, rozhodování atd., stejně jako praktické informace o přípravě na výkon funkce advokáta, jeho úkolech a možnostech při poskytování právních služeb, taktice zastupování a obhajoby, odpovědnosti advokáta i jeho specifických rolích (např. jako mediátora či insolvenčního správce). Cíl publikace výstižně vyjadřuje myšlenka, kterou J. Jirsa uvádí ve svém závěrečném slovu: „Soudci, advokáti, justiční čekatelé, koncipientu i další členové rozvětvené justiční rodiny jsou především služebníky práva a spravedlnosti. To je obrovský smysl, poslání a závazek zároveň."

Živá půda – praktický manuál (dále Manuál) navazuje na obsáhlou knižní publikaci Živá půda: biologie, ekologie, využívání a degradace půdy (dále Živá půda) vydanou v Nakladatelství Academia v roce 2019. Kniha Živá půda poskytuje dostatečně podrobné informace o půdě s důrazem na biologii půdy. Není ovšem praktickou příručkou, která by přinášela jednoduché návody, jak s půdou nakládat, aby byl využit její potenciál, ale aby současně nebyla poškozována a degradována. Manuál si proto dává za cíl doplnit knihu Živá půda o praktické informace a poskytnout vodítka pro smysluplné a udržitelné využívání půdy s důrazem na ochranu a podporu biologické složky půdy, tedy půdních organismů. Ty jsou totiž základem fungující půdy. Bez půdních organismů nemůže půda plnit požadované produkční i mimoprodukční funkce. Manuál je určen všem, kdo se o půdu zajímají, praktickým zemědělcům, ale i malopěstitelům a zahrádkářům. Uživatelům tato příručka vychází vstříc, i pokud jde o členění jednotlivých kapitol: v úvodu jsou vždy uvedeny nejdůležitější informace o dané problematice, dále zde čtenář najde rozbor stavu našich půd v dané oblasti, rady, jak půdě prospět, a co naopak nedělat, a konečně informace specificky zaměřené na zahrádkáře.
