Nový zákon schválený v júli tohto roka mení a dopĺňa niektoré zákony v súvislosti so zlepšovaním podnikateľského prostredia zasiahnutým opatreniami na zamedzenie šírenia nebezpečnej nákazlivej ľudskej choroby COVID-19. Zákonom sa vytvára najmä základný zákonný rámec slúžiaci na podporu podnikateľského prostredia, ktoré je najviac postihnuté opatreniami na zamedzenie šírenia choroby COVID-19 a tým zmiereniu značných ekonomických škôd, ktorým bude Slovenská republika vystavená. Titul obsahuje úplné znenia zákonov po ostatnej novele: Obchodný zákonník Zákon o obchodnom registri Zákon o cenách Zákon o neprimeraných podmienkach v obchode s potravinami Zákon o živnostenskom podnikaní (živnostenský zákon) Zákon o ochrane spotrebiteľa Zákon o registri trestov Zmenou v právnych predpisoch z oblasti podnikania ide hlavne o zmiernenie negatívnych dôsledkov súvisiacich s opatreniami proti pandémii choroby COVID-19 na podnikateľské subjekty v Slovenskej republike. Zároveň sa odstraňujú zbytočné byrokratické ustanovenia v jednotlivých zákonoch, zrušujú sa viaceré povinnosti, odstraňujú prekážky v podnikaní a znižujú náklady pre podnikateľov. Odstránenie týchto prekážok prispeje k rýchlejšiemu naštartovaniu hospodárstva SR po uvoľnení opatrení po pandémii choroby COVID-19.
