Publikácia prináša aktuálne zákony, po poslednej novele, doplnené o podrobné a vysvetľujúce komentáre k jednotlivým paragrafom. Taktiež obsahuje podrobnejšie rozobratý príspevok, vždy s inou problematikou, a aktuálne príspevky z oblastí daní, účtovníctva, práva, podnikania, personalistiky a miezd. Titul obsahuje tému: - Zákon o odpadoch po novelách s komentárom - Programové dokumenty - Zodpovednosť výrobcov - Katalóg odpadov Zákon o odpadoch bol doposiaľ už osemkrát zmenený od jeho zavedenia v roku 2016. Nepriama zmena zákona o odpadoch cez zákon o trestnej zodpovednosti právnických osôb ustanovila trestný čin neoprávneného nakladania s odpadmi. Bezúhonnosť firiem sa stala aj podmienkou pre udelenie autorizácie. Prvá dôležitá zmena v zákone o odpadoch od 1. 1. 2017 riešila pre bežnú prax nepotrebná príprava na opätovné použitie a vedľajší produkt. V poradí tretia zmena prišla v roku 2017. Pre prax pôvodcu odpadu a výrobcu vyhradeného výrobku boli zmeny pozitívne, pričom odpadové hospodárstvo sa zmenilo najmä v piatich oblastiach: igelitková vojna, odovzdávanie odpadových pneumatík, zníženie administratívy pre výrobcu a distribútora pneumatík, povinný zber tetrapakov a zrušenie Ohlásenia o objeme výroby … . Štvrtá novela zákona, ktorá priniesla 247 zmien, je označovaná ako veľká odpadová revolúcia. Ďalšia zmena nastala nepriamou zmenou zákona o odpadoch cez zákon o prevádzke vozidiel v cestnej premávke. Je v ňom pár zmien okolo vozidiel a dovozu vozidiel zo zahraničia. V poradí šiesta zmena zákona o odpadoch bola opäť nepriama zmena o opatreniach na znižovanie administratívnej záťaže preukazovaním bezúhonnosti. V poradí siedma zmena bola priama zmena zákona o odpadoch, ktorá priniesla celkom zaujímavé zmeny pre elektrozariadenia (povinnosť výrobcu elektrozariadení duplicitne sa registrovať v registre výrobcov, hoci v ňom už raz boli), no najmä pri zmene definícií zberového a trhového podielu pri obaloch. Zatiaľ posledná zmena zákona o odpadoch z konca roka 2018 priniesla veľký počet zmien pre firmy ako aj obce. K všetkým zmenám náš mesačník prináša komentár a vysvetlenie, čo môže podnikateľ, ale i obec očakávať.

Abstract paintings were being produced even before Kandinsky. Completely independently from each other, Georgiana Houghton (1814 - 1884) in England, Hilma af Klint (1862 - 1944) in Sweden and Emma Kunz (1892 - 1963) in Switzerland each developed an individual abstract pictorial language. What they had in common was a desire to make visible the laws of nature, the intellect and the supernatural. Their works are being presented side by side for the first time in an exhibition. The three women artists all found their artistic language within the context of the spiritual movements of their times: Houghton in spiritism, af Klint in theosophy and Kunz in naturopathy. Their artworks bear witness to a "mediumistic" praxis: Houghton and af Klint were inspired by higher beings to paint, while Kunz developed her drawings with the help of a pendulum.
