Reaguje na široký vějíř odborných otázek z oblasti mzdové a navazující problematiky, které musí každodenně řešit mzdová účetní a ostatní odborná veřejnost s akcentací spektra novelizovaných předpisů a zapracování všech legislativních změn. Komentář k zákonu o svobodném přístupu k informacím (a jeho prováděcím předpisům), navazuje na předchozí dvě úspěšná vydání v již zaniklém nakladatelství Linde Praha a. s. Od posledního z nich sice uplynuly pouhé čtyři roky, a ač se může zdát, že za tak krátkou dobu nemohlo dojít k výraznějším změnám v oblasti práva na informace, opak je pravdou. Především v letošním roce došlo k významné novelizaci zákona v souvislosti s transpozicí směrnice 2013/37/EU, kterou se mění směrnice 2003/98/ES o opakovaném použití informací veřejného sektoru. Kromě toho, nebo snad především, zákon za uplynulé čtyři roky velmi významným způsobem dotvořila judikatura správních soudů. Komentář je určen především povinným subjektům, ale využijí jej i žadatelé o informace. Autoři, kteří pracují ve veřejné správě nebo svůj profesní život ve veřejné správě začínali, se snaží poskytnout pokud možno ucelený výklad zákona s ohledem na praktické problémy, s nimiž se aplikující orgány mohou setkat či již setkaly. Výklad proto vychází z judikatury správních soudů i z dostupné odborné literatury. Text učebnice je tematicky rozdelený na všeobecnú časť a na časť obsahujúcu syntézy anorganických látok. Všeobecná časť sa zaoberá bezpečnosťou a ochranou zdravia, opisom základného zariadenia a vybavenia chemického laboratória, správnym meraním fyzikálnych veličín a vykonávaním základných laboratórnych operácií. V druhej časti učebnice je výber prác orientovaný na prípravu anorganických látok acidobázickými vylučovacími, redoxnými a komplexotvornými rakciami. Každý práca obsahuje teoretický úvod, postup práce, úlohy a kontrolné otázky. Určená je študentom 1. ročníka bakalárskeho štúdia na technických vysokých školách. Odborúča sa aj študentom vyšších ročníkov a ďalším záujemcom o experimentálnu anorganickú chémiu. Výber a usporiadanie jednotlivých prác je zvolené tak, aby aj študenti bez experimentálnych skúseností boli schopní ich zvládnuť.
