Dosud nezveřejněný dokument z roku 1992 ‘The Making of Sgt. Pepper,’ restaurovaný pro výroční edici Super Deluxe Boxed Set. Bylo to před padesáti lety 1. června, kdy The Beatles - John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison a Ringo Starr ohromili a potěšili svět Léta lásky vydáním přelomového mistrovského díla Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, které se stalo jedním z nejvíce oceňovaných alb populární hudby. K oslavení tohoto okamžiku The Beatles vydají řadu exkluzivně prezentovaných výročních edic alba ‘Sgt. Pepper’, a to 26. května (Apple Corps Ltd./Capitol/USM). Album je nově smícháno Gilesem Martinem a Samem Okellem ve stereu a 5.1 surround audio a rozšířeno o rané nahrávky ze sessions ve studiu – celkem 34 dosud nezveřejněných nahrávek. „Je bláznivé si pomyslet, že o padesát let později se díváme na tenhle projekt s takovou láskou a také s úžasem, jak vlastně čtyři chlápci, jeden skvělý producent a jeho inženýři dokázali vytvořit tak nestárnoucí umělecké dílo,“ říká Paul McCartney ve svém novém úvodu k výroční edici ‘Sgt. Pepper’. „‘Sgt. Pepper’ zdá se zachytil atmosféru toho roku, a také umožnil mnoha dalším lidem v tom okamžiku pořádně kopnout do vrtule a ponořit se do toho,” vzpomíná Ringo Starr v knize výroční edice. Toto je poprvé, kdy bylo album Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band remixováno a prezentováno s dalšími session nahrávkami, a je to také první album Beatles, které bylo remixováno a rozšířeno od vydání desky Let It Be… Naked v roce 2003. K vytvoření nových stereo a 5.1 surround audio mixů pro ‘Sgt. Pepper ’ producent Giles Martin a inženýr mixu Sam Okell spolupracovali s expertním týmem inženýrů a odborníků na audio restaurování v Abbey Road Studios v Londýně. Všechny edice Anniversary Edition obsahují Martinův nový stereo mix alba, který byl pořízen přímo z původních čtyřstopých pásků ze sessions s ohledem na původní Beatles preferovaný mono mix, jehož autorem je jeho otec George Martin. Edice Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band Anniversary Edition obsahují: CD s novým stereo mixem ‘Sgt. Pepper’, kompletní s původním britským “Edit for LP End” “run-out groove”. Deluxe: Rozšířené 2CD a digitální balíček obsahuje nový stereo album mix na prvním CD a obsahuje navíc druhé CD s 18 skladbami obsahujícími dosud nezveřejněné kompletní nahrávky třinácti skladeb alba, nově smíchaných ve stereo a sekvencovaných ve stejném pořadí jako na albu. Druhé CD také obsahuje nový stereo mix a dosud nezveřejněnou instrumentální nahrávku “Penny Lane” a 2015 stereo mix a dvě dosud nezveřejněné nahrávky “Strawberry Fields Forever.” Toto vydání obsahuje 50stránkový booklet. Deluxe Vinyl: Rozšířený 180-gram 2LP vinyl se stereo album mixem na prvním LP a druhé LP obsahuje dosud nezveřejněné kompletní nahrávky třinácti skladeb alba, nově smíchané ve stereo a sekvencované ve stejném pořadí jako na albu. Toto vydání obsahuje 144stránkovou vázanou knihu s mnoha příspěvky, texty a fotografiemi.
