Honzíkovy cesty - Putování s kuchařem kolem světa


Honza Michálek se ve dvaceti letech rozhodl, že bude kuchařem. Bez zkušeností, ale zato s nadšením vyrazil do Kanady, kde jako pomocná kuchyňská síla v zapadlém hotelu v srdci Rocky Mountains zjistil, že svět na něj nečeká s otevřenou náručí. Svůj sen si ovšem nenechal vzít. Trpělivě se učil od zkušenějších a během několika let objel s batůžkem půl zeměkoule. Nový Zéland, Dánsko, USA, Mexiko, Argentina, Chile, Norsko... Dostal se i do proslulé kodaňské Nomy, která byla několikrát vyhlášena nejlepší restaurací světa. V Čechách sbíral zkušenosti v Entrée Přemka Forejta, ve Fieldu Radka Kašpárka či v restauraci Na Pekárně propagátora české kuchyně Václava Friče... Zážitky ze svých cest shrnul Honza Michálek v knize, kam přidal i recepty na zajímavá jídla z různých koutů planety. Je to veselé vyprávění o objevování úžasných míst, neobyčejných chutí a neznámých vůní. Ať milujete gastronomii nebo jen rádi cestujete, nechte se inspirovat. A hlavně: Neseďte doma! Dobrodružství nečeká!
