1 fej saláta, megmosva és apróra vágva
3 nagy krumpli, meghámozva, nagyon apróra vágva
1 szál petrezselyem apróra vágva díszítésnek
ELKÉSZÍTÉS:
Egy nagy serpenyőben lassan hevítsük fel a növényi olajat, és pirítsuk puhára a hagymát. Ez 5–10 perc. Lassú tűzön dolgozzunk, nehogy megégjen a hagyma.
Most adjuk hozzá a salátát és a krumplikat és egy kis alaplevet, hogy ne tapadjon semmi a serpenyő aljához. Alaposan kavarjuk össze, azután tegyünk fedőt a serpenyőre, és 10 percig pároljuk.
Adjuk hozzá az alaplevet, és pároljuk még 15 percig.
Ha lehűl a püré, öntsük robotgépbe és turmixoljuk simára.
