Avšak nevytvára ohľadom toho paniku, nestraší, ale sa snaží dievčatá a ich mamy citlivo pripraviť aj na takéto situácie, aj keď u mnohých (dúfajme) nikdy nenastanú. Kniha prípravu považuje za informovanie s návodom, a preto láskavo a pravdivo otvára aj tieto témy, pričom súčasne ponúka aj riešenia. Kniha stojí na presvedčení, že ticho nevytvára bezpečie, ale len jeho ilúziu či až opak toho.
