Publikácia si kladie za cieľ poskytnúť ucelený prehľad judikatúry k mimoriadne citlivej, dynamickej a procesne náročnej agende neodkladných opatrení v rodinnom práve. Obsahuje 127 redakčne upravených rozhodnutí reprezentujúcich aktuálnu rozhodovaciu prax súdov v oblasti rodinných či partnerských situácií, ktoré si spravidla vyžadujú bezodkladné právne riešenie.

• procesnoprávnych osobitostí: aké sú limity dokazovania v konaní o neodkladnom opatrení a aké sú špecifiká výkonu rozhodnutia, ktorým bolo nariadené neodkladné opatrenie vo veciach maloletých.
