Boží bojovníci

Tentoraz však úspešne nadraďuje povinnosti nad srdcové záležitosti.Zjednodušene možno povedať, že tentoraz sa dej odohráva medzi Prahou a Vroclavom, ale Sapkowski si všíma aj dobové geopolitické pozadie. Spolu s husitmi, ako boží bojovníci, vydávajú sa Reinmar, Samson Medík a Šarlej dobývať Sliezsko. Padajú do pascí, sami pasce nastražia, sú unášaní, sami unášajú, objavujú nové priateľstvá, stretávajú starých aj nových nepriateľov. Prekážky, čo sa im kladú do cesty, prekonávajú vďaka neuveriteľným zhodám okolností či vrodenému šťastiu.
