Na strane odberateľov sa navrhuje zaviesť výslovnú povinnosť pri uzatváraní zmluvy predložiť vyhlásenie, že elektrinu alebo plyn bude odoberať ako odberateľ v domácnosti a tento údaj sa stane aj novou povinnou náležitosťou zmluvy o dodávke elektriny, zmluvy o združenej dodávke elektriny, zmluvy o dodávke plynu a zmluvy o združenej dodávke plynu. Na strane dodávateľov sa navrhuje zaviesť pravidlá pre prideľovanie sadzieb v jednotlivých skupinách odberateľov v rámci pravidiel trhu s elektrinou a plynom. Určenie sadzby pre domácnosť v rozpore s pravidlami v prípadoch, kedy o tomto rozpore dodávateľ musel vedieť, sa stane osobitnou skutkovou podstatou správneho deliktu v rámci postihu postupov v rozpore s cenovou reguláciou...

Dôvodom je potreba rozšírenia najmä na distribučné spoločnosti, pričom možno predpokladať aj potrebu zapojenia iných subjektov. Okruh osôb sa vždy v konkrétnom prípade posúdi, pričom platí, že musí ísť o subjekty plniace úloh na účely poskytovania adresnej energopomoci, nie na iné účely...

Navrhuje sa, aby základná charakteristika študijného programu obsahovala informáciu, či ide o niektorý zo špecifických typov študijných programov definovaných zákonom o vysokých školách. Cieľom navrhovaného ustanovenia je zvýšenie miery transparentnosti a jednoznačnosti pri vymedzení osobitných typov študijných programov...
