Zadáním je předložit čtenáři text, který flexibilní léčbu jednoduše strukturuje pro použití inzulinových per i inzulinových pump, rozvrhne postupy edukace, aby byly zvládnuté v reálném čase ambulance i na začátku, než lékař nebo lékařka sám nebo sama získá zkušenost s novou léčbou. Občanský zákoník z roku 2012 je svým způsobem návratem k tradici. Po dvou předchozích občanských zákonících z let 1950 a 1964, jejichž obsah stál na lidově-demokratických, resp. socialistických ideových základech, se nový občanský zákoník obrací zpět ke kořenům českého soukromého práva.
