Túži sa vymaniť spod tyranie svojho otca a starších bratov. Rád by si našiel vlastné kráľovstvo, kde by mohol vládnuť. Ich cesty sa skrížia počas Elsinej korunovácie. Najskôr to vyzerá, že sa Anne splnil sen – našla človeka, ktorého môže milovať. Ale keď Hansove zámery vyjdú najavo, plameň ich lásky začne chladnúť a Anna zistí, že láska je oveľa tajomnejšia a silnejšia, než si dovtedy predstavovala.
