Alig egy hüvelyk hosszú, félhold alakú darab volt, melyet hat kerekded részből alkottak össze, egyiket a másik mellé, úgyhogy a hatodik darab felfelé kunkorodott. Az első s legnagyobb kerekded darab vége reszelős volt, s valószínűleg az egész ott függött össze valamely ékszerrel, s úgy törték le róla ha ez a tárgy egyáltalán valamely ékszernek egy részét képezte. Stuart összeráncolt homlokkal, csodálkozva pillantott fel.
