Brazílska portugalčina
V týchto dňoch vyšla prvá Učebnica brazílskej portugalčiny, ktorá je jedinou takouto učebnicou na Slovensku. Má rozsah 337 strán a pozostáva z 35 lekcií. Každá lekcia, s výnimkou prvých desiatich, je rozdelená do troch častí. Prvá časť A je venovaná gramatike, slovnej zásobe a cvičeniam, druhá časť B obsahuje článok. Zámerne je poradie zvolené takto, aby študenti boli oboznámení najprv so slovnou zásobou a gramatikou, ktorú potom nájdu v článkoch. Tie sú zamerané na rozhovor troch študentiek, jednej Brazílčanky a dvoch Sloveniek. V tejto časti nájdeme aj doplňujúce texty kvôli rozšíreniu slovnej zásoby. Tretia časť C oboznámi žiakov čiastočne a veľmi jednoduchou formou s reáliami Brazílie. Tak má každý možnosť spoznať aspoň trochu krajinu, ktorej jazyk sa učí.
Na konci učebnice nájdeme ešte Portugalsko-slovenský slovník, Slovensko-portugalský slovník, prehľad časovania pravidelných slovies, prehľad časovania nepravidelných slovies a gramatický register.
Na pultoch slovenských kníhkupectiev bolo doteraz len veľmi ťažké nájsť portugalskú učebnicu a ak áno, tak len z českých vydavateľstiev a zameranú na európsku portugalčinu. Vydanie tejto učebnice môže tak uspokojiť aj tých, ktorých záujem sa obracia na Brazíliu a jej jazyk.

Portugalské sonety
Anglická básnířka Elizabeth Barrettová-Browningová náležela v první polovině 19. století k těm ženám, které se účastnily prvních emancipačních snah. V roce 1844 vyšly její sebrané básně ve dvou svazcích.
