Cyklista Jiří Ježek (1974) je nejúspěšnější hendikepovaný sportovec paralympijské historie a také jeden z nejznámějších českých sportovců současnosti. Navzdory těžkému úrazu (v jedenácti letech přišel o nohu) se od svých dvaceti let věnuje cyklistice – o pět let později se poprvé dostal na vrchol a na začátku 21. století se stal profesionálním sportovcem.
