This reader is based on the 2011 movie The Adventures of Tintin about Tintin and Snowy and their search for the hidden treasure. Tintin's Daring Escape is one of three readers based on the film.

Ned Vizzini, who himself spent time in a psychiatric hospital, has created a remarkably moving tale about the sometimes unexpected road to happiness. For a novel about depression, it's definitely a funny story.
