A magyar és nemzetközi mesterek összehasonlíthatósága céljából Leonardo, Brueghel, Munch, Toulouse-Lautrec és Picasso családfáját is értékelem. A családfaelemzés melléktermékeként megismert életrajzi adatok is érdekesek, például, hogy milyen sokan vettek feleségül képzőművészeket és mennyire gyakori közöttük a gyermektelen. A genetikai elemzés szerint szüleik és testvéreik között festőművész nem fordult elő, ezzel szemben a 24 felnőttkort megélt gyermekük közül 8 (33%) ugyancsak képzőművész, a 11 fiúból viszont 6 (55%)! A genetikai értékelés szerint tehát az apákban érvényesül az "alapítók hatása", ők családi előzmények nélkül törtek az egekbe, majd a kivételes képzőművészi talentum gyermekeikben halmozottan fordult elő. A vizsgált kivételes festőművész-talentumokra az átlagost meghaladó általános értelmi képesség nem volt jellemző, speciális vizuális tehetségük döntötte el pályaválasztásukat, jelenlegi művészettörténeti értékelésüket elsősorban kreativitásuk mértéke határozza meg, és miután rátaláltak művészi küldetésükre, nagyon motiváltan, energiájuk teljes bevetésével törekedtek életművük kiteljesítésére. A vizsgált festőművészek többsége rossz tanuló volt, mindig belső indíttatásukból, általában apjuk ellenkezése mellett választották e pályát, és többségük fiatalon képes volt talentumukat igazolni. A képzőművész-talentum eredetének szellemi háromsága a speciális vizuális tehetség, a kreativitás és az ezeket színező általános értelmesség, amelyek leginkább a komplex vizuális tehetség sokgénes modelljével írhatók le. Sajnálatos módon a nemzetközi lexikonokban és nagy múzeumokban a festőművész- géniuszok között magyart nem, vagy csak kivételesen találhatunk. Pedig sok nagy magyar festőművész kivételes talentuma nem maradt el a világhírt elért külföldi társaikétól, csak éppen a magyar kultúrpolitika gyengesége miatt nem sikerült különleges teljesítményüket a határokon túl elfogadtatni. Éppen ezt a szégyent kívánom hangsúlyozni könyvem címében is."
