Novelizovaný zákon o cestnej premávke s vykonávacími vyhláškami v úplnom znení s aktualizovanými dôvodovým správami Druhého júna 2026 NRSR schválila naozaj veľkú (203 novelizačných bodov) novelizáciu zákona č. 8/2009 Z.z. o cestnej premávke – zákon č. 131/2026 Z.z. účinný od 1.9.2026 . V roku 2026 nadobudli účinnosť ďalšie štyri novely (vykonané zákonmi č. 314/2025 Z.z., 315/2025 Z.z., 384/2025 Z.z. a č. 77/2026 Z.z.), preto sme spracovali úplné znenie zákona o cestnej premávke (za každým novelizovaným ustanovením sme v rámiku uviedli pôvodné znenie) a do novej publikácie zaradili aj dôvodové správy k všetkým piatim novelám (aktualizované na základe pozmeňujúcich návrhov poslancov, resp. výborov NRSR) a obe vykonávacie vyhlášky (vrátane farebnej značkovej prílohy) v úplnom znaní. Novelizovaný Civilný sporový poriadok s aktualizovanou dôvodovou správou Štvrtého júna 2026 poslanci schválili zákon č. 148/2026 Z.z., ktorým sa mení a dopĺňa Civilný sporový poriadok. Novela doplnila (mimo iného) do zákona č. 160/2015 Z.z. (s účinnosťou k 15.7.2026) novú právnu úpravu sporov proti verejnej účasti (§323a až§ 323j), preto sme spracovali úplné znenie Civilného sporového poriadku (za každým novelizovaným ustanovením sme v rámiku uviedli pôvodné znenie) a spolu s dôvodovou správou (aktualizovanou na základe pozmeňujúcich návrhov poslancov, resp. výborov NRSR) k zákonu č. 148/2026 Z.z. ho zverejnili v samostatnej publikácii. Novelizovaný zákon o PRIESTUPKOCH s aktualizovanými dôvodovými správami. Poslanci schválením zákona č. 129/2026 Z.z. (s účinnosťou k 15.7.2026), ktorým sa mení a dopĺňa zákon o priestupkoch, prakticky zavŕšili chaotickú rekodifikáciu tresného práva započatú zákonom č. 40/2024 Z.z., ktorým sa mení a dopĺňa Trestný zákon – predkladateľ v rozsiahlej novele priestupkového konania (82 novelizačných bodov) reagoval na zmeny v skutkových podstatách a právnej kvalifikácii viacerých trestných činov a prečinov najmä zvýšením pokút a sankcií za príslušné priestupky. Zákon o priestupkoch bol v podstate z rovnakých dôvodov novelizovaný (s účinnosťou k 1.9.2026 – 5 novelizačných bodov) aj v čl. III zákona č. 131/2026 Z.z.(veľká novela zákona o cestnej premávke), preto sme spracovali úplné znenie zákona o priestupkoch (za každým novelizovaným ustanovením sme v rámiku uviedli pôvodné znenie) a do novej publikácie zaradili dôvodové správy (aktualizované na základe pozmeňujúcich návrhov poslancov, resp. výborov NRSR) k obom novelám (v podstate ide o jediný výklad novelizovaných ustanovení, na ktorý prihliadajú súdy).
