Výrazným prvkom je ženská skúsenosť práce, starostlivosti a sebatvorby. Dôležitou vrstvou cyklov sú rodinné vzťahoch a rozličné stratégie prežívania v ich dysfunkčných podobách. Ako psychologička a Gestalt terapeutka sa v individuálnej a skupinovej práci zameriavala na problematiku dopadu klimatickej krízy a spoločenských zmien. Poéziu publikovala v časopisoch Dotyky, Glosolália a na platformách Psí víno a Kapitál. S cyklom básní Andrej ~ Marta sa stala víťazkou súťaže Básne 2016. Od roku 2025 pôsobí ako umelecká riaditeľka Divadla P. O. Hviezdoslava. Žije v Bratislave.
