Setting up his camera in his New York City studio, he photographed himself in 708 yoga postures, then printed each one as an 8 x 10, pasted them together and produced a poster of all the postures. The effect is like an Escher drawing. Asanas is a stylish, design-driven book of these black and white photographs, with commentary.
