Ktorý neváhal kráčať proti davu, aby klub 1. FSV Mainz 05 najprv ochránil pred vypadnutím z druhej ligy a potom ho priviedol k prvému postupu do Bundesligy. Keď sledujeme televíziu alebo ideme do kina, vždy musíme vedieť, čo postavy chcú: James Bond chce zachrániť svet, ET chce ísť domov, Graham Norton sa chce zabávať a Jeremy Paxman chce vysvetliť, ako funguje svet. S každou z týchto postáv sme sa oboznámili najprv vďaka ich víziám. Vždy konajú tak, aby ich ciele a vízie boli v súlade. A čo chce Klopp? Vízia je aspoň trochu zlepšiť svet. Možno to rozpoznať nielen na jeho vyjadrovaní, ale viditeľné to je najmä prostredníctvom jeho činov. Práve vďaka pevnému odhodlaniu sú jeho vízie hmatateľné. Ako tréner chce, aby sa jeho tím zlepšil. Ako televízny odborník chce divákom vysvetliť udalosti na ihrisku. Zdôrazňuje to, že chce veci zlepšiť. Také intenzívne odhodlanie vychádza zo srdca, nemožno ho predstierať. Niekto môže tvrdiť, že chce zarobiť veľa peňazí, stať sa slávnym, jednotkou, chce tamto či ono. Lenže Klopp to vidí inak. Hoci to môže znieť melodramaticky, pre mňa to znamená, že to miesto, kde práve som, chcem vždy o čosi zlepšiť, povedal Klopp v rozhovore pre noviny Zeit. Tento prístup sa neobmedzuje len na svet športu. Nielen na futbalovom ihrisku, ale kdekoľvek sa ocitne, svet môže byť o čosi lepší. To je jeho hlavný prístup. Cristián Gálvez
