Monografie se věnuje otci a synovi - Kryštofovi a Kiliánu Ignáci Dientzenhoferovým. V první části budeme sledovat život a dílo Kryštofovo od chvíle, kdy odešel z rodné usedlosti v Horním Bavorsku za svými staršími bratry a sestrou, aby s nimi doputoval na cestě za vyučením a prací do Prahy, kde našel nový domov a nastoupil životní dráhu stavitele a architekta.

Vinohradské, vršovické, strašnické, michelské a záběhlické rodinné domy a vily dokumentované bohatým obrazovým materiálem, hlavně pak dobovými plány, jsou zasazeno do mnohem širších, nežli jen místních souvislostí. Founded in 1978, Ballenberg is a legendary Swiss open-air architectural museum that gathers more than 100 residential and agricultural buildings from the 14th to the 19th centuries, from almost all of the cantons of Switzerland, which have been transported to the museum from their original sites. The aim of the prize CE ZA AR is not only to present the work of members of the Slovak Chamber of Architects and to appreciate their best works but also to draw the attention of the wider public to the role of architecture in the development of society, improving the quality of the environment for life and work, as well as in the creation of new cultural values. For this reason, the prize has long been dedicated to the role of local governments in the formation of cities and municipalities and proves that high-quality architecture or responsibly designed public buildings and spaces are the way to a higher quality of life for residents.
