Nová monografie jednoho z největších architektů československého funkcionalismu Bohuslava Fuchse je řešena jako umělcův atlas. Prostřednictvím hesel v nich budou čtenářům představena architektova nejvýznamnější díla, jeho soukromý život, vzestupy a pády, akademická dráha, inspirační vlivy, vize, kontext doby, spolupracovníci i žáci. Publikace Architektura nemocnic v 21. století autorů Michala Juhy a Karla Fořtla je v našem prostředí po dlouhé době první knihou, která se tomuto organizačně i technicky náročnému tématu věnuje. Z pohledu vydavatele ústavu Nauky o budovách FA ČVUT jde také o úvodní publikaci edice 17/24 knih o vystavěném prostředí. Přestože – jak podotýkají sami autoři – prožívají pacienti a jejich blízcí v nemocnicích namnoze bolestné chvíle, kniha v sobě nese optimistické poselství: toto utrpení lze mírnit. Eames
The creative duo Charles Eames (1907 1978) and Ray Kaiser Eames (1912 1988) transformed the visual character of America. Though best known for their furniture, the husband and wife team were also forerunners in architecture, textile design, photography, and film.
The Eames work defined a new, multifunctional modernity, exemplary for its integration of craft and design, as well as for the use of modern materials, notably plywood and plastics. The Eames Lounge Chair Wood, designed with molded plywood technology, became a defining furniture piece of the twentieth century, while the couple s contribution to the Case Study Houses project not only made inventive use of industrial materials but also developed an adaptable floor plan of multipurpose spaces which would become a hallmark of postwar modern architecture.

Slavné vily Polska o unikátní architektuře vil a rodinných domů našeho severního souseda. Nabízí procházku po polských vilách z různých období - od 16. století dodnes. Například po vile z 19. století, jakou je vila "Pod jedlemi" Jana Gwalberta Pawlikowského postavená podle projektu Stanisława Witkiewicze, nebo vilách vzniklých na počátku 20. století za časů velkých inovátorů architektury Le Corbusiera, Waltera Gropia, Ludwiga Miesa van der Rohe, ale také vilách současných, surových, asketických, postavených z betonu a skla jako "Bezpečný dům" v Okrzeszyně.
