Kniha Očima Franze Kafky: Mezi obrazem a jazykem mapuje zájem spisovatele Franze Kafky o výtvarné umění a vizuální kulturu jeho doby. Ladislav MEDNYÁNSZKY (1852 Beckov – 1919 Viedeň) bol jedným z najvýznamnejších maliarov prelomu 19. a 20. storočia a rozhodne najznámejším umelcom Barbizonu u nás. Vo svojej dobe bol uznávaný predovšetkým ako krajinár. Barbizonské chápanie krajiny bolo v súlade s jeho vnútorným svetom a tento typ krajinomaľby v duchu lyrického realizmu, ktorý uprednostňoval zážitok umelca, jeho individuálne pocity a nálady, čoskoro priviedol na majstrovskú úroveň. Prehlboval sa jeho záujem o filozofiu, budhizmus a teozofiu, ktoré zamýšľal istým spôsobom zapracovať do svojich diel.
Erik Binder - Visual Punk
Publikácia slúži ako katalóg k výstave v Galérii Nedbalka. Erik Binder bol významný slovenský vizuálny umelec, ktorý pôsobil na výtvarnej scéne tri desaťročia až do svojej predčasnej smrti v júni 2023. Svojou tvorbou sa zaradil k najvýznamnejším predstaviteľom strednej generácie autorov súčasnej umeleckej scény. Realizoval sa v rôznych sférach vizuálneho umenia. Poznali sme ho ako maliara, performera či tvorcu inštalácií.
Eduard Antal
Kniha EDUARD ANTAL je jedinou monografiou tohto umelca, ktorá podrobne mapuje jeho život a celé dielo. Eduard Antal (1929 – 2011) tvoril v oblasti komornej maľby, voľnej grafiky, úžitkovej grafiky a monumentálno-dekoratívneho dotvárania architektúry. Georgia O'Keeffe - My New Yorks
A revelatory study of Georgia O’Keeffe’s New York paintings of the late 1920s and their deep significance within the artist’s development
In 1924 Georgia O’Keeffe (1887–1986) first moved to the Shelton Hotel in New York with her husband, the photographer and art dealer Alfred Stieglitz. The Shelton was Manhattan’s earliest residential skyscraper, and its dizzying heights inspired O’Keeffe to create a powerful series of approximately twenty-five paintings and numerous drawings over a span of about five years. She called these “my New Yorks,” and they overwhelmingly consist of two types of compositions: sprawling observations looking down onto the city and humbling views directed up at the newly built urban monoliths. Exploring the New York skyline, O’Keeffe resisted the approach of contemporaries such as Charles Sheeler and Paul Strand—who celebrated New York as a streamlined, impersonal series of geometric canyons—and instead portrayed it as an amalgamation of the organic and the inorganic, the natural and the constructed. Only in this way could she express New York (in her words) “as it is felt.”
Reshaping our understanding of this pivotal yet underappreciated period in O’Keeffe’s storied career, this publication situates the New York paintings within the artist’s larger oeuvre and examines how these works reflect narratives of built environments, racialized space, and the politics of place.

Nová kniha kresieb Erika Šilleho „Vôbec nič vážne“ predstavuje Šilleho v polohe, v ktorej ho mnohí doteraz nepoznali. Jeho notoricky známy štýl je založený na čistých plochách, „plastovom“, „nerukopisnom“ akrylovom povrchu a jasne ohraničených tvaroch. Aktuálna kresbová tvorba je oproti tomu intuitívna, expresívna. Farby (resp. tuš) sa rozpíjajú a miešajú, linka je dynamická a neučesaná. To, čo zostáva, je autorov typický pohľad na svet. Výber teoretičky umenia Alexandry Tamásovej je zostavený najmä z jeho novšej tvorby z obdobia cca od začiatku covidovej pandémie po súčasnosť. Zrazu spoznávame autora, ktorý je o čosi jemnejší, zraniteľnejší, ktorý sa metaforicky „pootvoril“. Napriek prevládajúcej ružovej farebnosti ide často o dosť temné až existenciálne reflexie spoločnosti, uvažovanie o zmysle života a hľadaní svojho miesta vo svete. Erik nám tieto úvahy, ktoré sa často prikláňajú k pocitu absurdity, resp. neriešiteľnosti základnej nezmyselnosti ľudského údelu, servíruje v stráviteľnej podobe.
Kniha kresieb Erika Šilleho je pokračovaním novovzniknutej edície White & Weiss Gallery, ktorej ambíciou je mapovať médium kresby významných slovenských autorov a autoriek. Minulý rok vydala galéria White & Weiss, ako prvú, knihu kresieb Erika Bindera Nekonečný príbeh. Kniha vychádza v obmedzenom náklade.
