Svatoslav Böhm
Mezinárodně činný Klub konkretistů založený v roce 1967 v ateliéru Miroslava Vystrčila na pražské Kampě trojicí umělců – Radkem Kratinou, Jiřím Hilmarem a Tomášem Rajlichem – a teoretikem Arsénem Pohribným utvářeli tvůrci žijící na celém území Československa. Vedle Prahy, Bratislavy, Brna, Jihlavy a Olomouce byla důležitým a do velké míry i specifickým ohniskem severní Morava. V druhé polovině šedesátých let působil v Ostravě Rudolf Valenta a mezi lety 1959 a 1992 Zdeněk Kučera. V Havířově po celý svůj život tvořili Jiří Bielecki a Jaroslav Rusek, v Krnově Jindřich Gola. V Ostravě-Třebovicích dodnes rozvíjí svůj výtvarný program Eduard Ovčáček a v Krnově Svatoslav Böhm. Právě v ateliérech obou posledně jmenovaných umělců probíhala hned od roku 1967 podnětná setkání klubu. Sem přijížděli další členové skupiny, včetně Arséna Pohribného, zde se vedly diskuse o směrování uskupení, jeho teoretickém ukotvení i plánech klubových výstav. Severomoravská sekce Klubu konkretistů byla specifická nejen frekventovaností a významem klubových schůzek, ale i charakterem tvorby svých představitelů. Typickými znaky jsou zejména progresivita v uplatňování nových výtvarných prostředků a vztah k experimentu, o čemž vedle Bieleckého a Ovčáčkova výtvarného názoru svědčí právě uvažování Svatoslava Böhma (*1934). Dokladem jsou nejen Böhmovy dřevěné reliéfy z šedesátých a první poloviny sedmdesátých let, které prokazují silné paralely s nejprogresivnějšími tendencemi na poli neokonstruktivních tendencí, ale také realizace v architektuře, grafické úpravy knih, návrhy knižních obálek, firemních značek, jejichž společnými rysy jsou věcnost a elementárnost výtvarného jazyka. Přestože Böhmův výtvarný názor je v mnoha ohledech originální, v polistopadové době nebylo Böhmově tvorbě věnováno tolik odborného zájmu, jaký by si zasloužila. Otázka je, nakolik tuto situaci ovlivnila geografická poloha Krnova, nakolik charakter umělcovy osobnosti, který místo sebeprosazování vždy upřednostňoval soustředěnou práci, a nakolik fakt, že se v roce 1997 Krnovem přehnala povodeň, která většinu děl závažně poškodila nebo nenávratně zničila. Vzhledem k tomu, že se Museu Kampa podařilo řadu důležitých prací Svatoslava Böhma citlivě zrestaurovat, mohly být uskutečněny jak výstava, tak doprovodná publikace zaměřené především na umělcovu tvorbu z období šedesátých let až po příchod normalizace. Svým kontextuálním záběrem a důrazem na souvislosti výtvarného vývoje tento projekt navázal na linii výstav věnovaných umělcům z okruhu Musea Kampa, například Jiřímu Bieleckému, Jiřímu Hilmarovi, Radku Kratinovi nebo Františku Kynclovi, a stal se dalším krokem v konsekventně naplňovaném programu muzea. Zařazením tvorby Svatoslava Böhma do odborného zájmu i sbírkového fondu prokázalo Museum Kampa nejen osobní respekt a úctu k tvůrci, ale také profesionální snahu uchovat tento specifický příklad neokonstruktivního umění pod záštitou paměťové instituce.

Monografia predstavuje podoby tvorby výraznej slovenskej umelkyne, akademickej maliarky Marty Chabadovej. Počnúc obdobím po absolvovaní VŠVU v Bratislave (1976), v ateliéri Krajinárskeho a figurálneho maliarstva
profesora Jána Želibského, končiac aktuálnymi polohami súčasnosti. Ponúka zjednocujúci a zároveň plastický pohľad naprieč desaťročiami so zameraním na faktory formujúce rukopis, obsahové a štýlotvorné prvky komornej tvorby ako aj diel do verejného priestoru. V prvom rade maliarskej a primerane šírke záberu i textilnej a keramickej tvorby.
Maliarka svoj tvorivý program, zameraný predovšetkým na krajinomaľbu a v menšej miere i figurálnu tvorbu, rozvíjala v názorovo charakteristicky vyhranenom prístupe a estetickom cítení.
