Görcsi Péter kötete az első magyar nyelvű monográfia Martin McDonagh drámáiról és filmjeiről. Az 1970-ben született angol-ír drámaíró, filmrendező és forgatókönyvíró első drámái az 1990-es évek végén jelentek meg, és szinte azonnal meghozták számára a nemzetközi sikert.
