Výpravná kniha (více než 280 reprodukcí původních tiskovin a fotografií a 20 původních ilustrací) o životě prvorozeného syna ze starého a významného rodu Kolowrat-Krakowských, hraběti Alexanderu "Sašovi" Kolowrat-Krakowském. Saša Kolowrat byl účastníkem bezpočtu motocyklových a automobilových závodů, v letech 1907 – 1909 nejlepším evropským jezdcem (opakovaně zvítězil v Gaillonu, Semmeringu a Riesbergu), nezdolným v dálkových jízdách (mj. první místo v Kavkazské jízdě). Mimo jiné byl též akcionářem továrny Laurin & Klement a členem její správní rady, akcionářem firmy Austro – Daimler, konstruktérem, spolu s Ferdinandem Porsche tvůrcem legendárního vozu Sascha wagen. Saša Kolowrat však proslul také jako aviatik a zejména jako filmový producent, kameraman, režisér a vůdčí postava počátků rakouské kinematografie. Stal se objevitelem a mentorem světových filmových hvězd Marlene Dietrich, Alexandera Kordy, Michaela Curtize (Casablanca).
