Monografia sa zaoberá právnym rámcom klimatických opatrení s osobitným zameraním na komparáciu rámcových klimatických zákonov v členských štátoch Európskej únie a na návrh vybraných prvkov budúceho slovenského rámcového klimatického zákona. Autor vychádza z analýzy slovenského právneho stavu, v ktorom klimatické povinnosti zostávajú rozptýlené v strategických dokumentoch a sektorovej regulácii bez zákonom ukotveného prepojenia medzi plánovaním, monitorovaním, vykazovaním, korekciou odchýlok a zodpovednosťou za neplnenie. Komparatívna časť je zostavená metodicky „po prvkoch", nie štát po štáte, čo umožňuje identifikovať prenositeľné normatívne riešenia naprieč vybranými právnymi poriadkami. Na tomto základe autor formuluje minimálnu normatívnu štruktúru kľúčových prvkov, ktoré sú spôsobilé prepojiť riadiace mechanizmy klimatickej politiky a urobiť ich právne vynútiteľnými a odolnými voči politickým zmenám. Země, či nebe?: Nástin teorie současnosti
Esej Země, či nebe? je náčrtem obecné interpretace dnešní doby a její krize spočívající v nástupu iliberálních politických sil a posilování „populistických“ hnutí. Současnost je zde chápána jako moderní emancipační projekt. Hlavní tezí textu je, že existuje překvapivě úzký vztah mezi předmoderním křesťanským hledáním spásy a moderní emancipační snahou ustavit člověka coby subjekt. Modernita se nestáhla do jednoho světa, do výlučné pozemskosti, ale skrytě zachovala metafyzickou strukturu země-nebe-peklo. To je rozhodující pro její vývoj, jehož obvyklou trajektorii je možno popsat jako snahu opustit současný stav (země) ve jménu ideálu (nebe), aby následně došlo k dosažení opaku toho, co bylo zamýšleno (peklo). Centrálním místem textu je tvrzení, že toto vývojové schéma se netýká jen ranějších forem modernity, jako byl komunismus nebo nacismus, ale že jeho předběžné obrysy lze pozorovat i dnes. Země, či nebe? má ambici překročit hranice běžné sociální vědy směrem k reflexivní metateorii modernity. Kniha nás staví před nepříjemné výzvy ohledně našich etických a politických závazků, např. těch, které se týkají neřešitelného konfliktu mezi hodnotami udržitelnosti a emancipace.
Totální nasazení
Tři komiksové příběhy podle skutečných událostí. Tři příběhy žen, které se nikdy nesetkaly, a přece jejich životy spojuje podobná zkušenost – pracovní lágr. Franciska se během nuceného nasazení narodila. Její polská matka a český otec se do sebe zamilovali na tom nejpodivnějším místě — v továrně na munici, kde byli oba nuceně nasazeni. Jarmila se chtěla otrocké práci pro nacistickou říši vyhnout, ale nakonec do Německa odjela, aby se v táboře Sackisch skryla před gestapem. Spolupracovala totiž jako spojka s odbojovou skupinou, kterou nacisté odhalili. A Helena musela na otrocké práce nastoupit poté, co ji s rodiči, sourozenci a babičkou uvěznili v židovském ghettu ve volyňském Ostrožci. Z rodiny přežila jediná.
Kniha ale nevypráví jen o ubíjejících dnech, které tyto ženy a jejich rodiny trávily v továrnách, na polích pod dohledem strážných. Vypráví i o tom, co jim válka vzala, s jakými vzpomínkami a s jakou bolestí je vrhla zpět do světa. A spolu s nimi zhruba dalších 400 až 450 tisíc Čechů, českých Židů a Romů, kteří museli odjet do nacistické říše jako levná pracovní síla a jako vězni zajateckých a koncentračních táborů.

Jak vznikl hit Ministry
„Gibby byl úplně na sračky. Dokonce víc než já, a to je tedy co říct,“ šklebil se Al Jourgensen při vzpomínce na divoké léto 1991. V deliriu poslouchal, co to jako Ministry nahráli, podrbal se na hlavě, rozmáchl se rukou a vítězoslavně zvolal: „Neboj, bráško, už to mám. Bude to fakt v pohodě.“ Popadl rozpitou flašku Jacka Danielse a z posledních sil se dopotácel do kabinky s mikrofonem. „Furt dokola tam blábolil: bing ding dang dong wow wow wow a zase bing ding dong wow wow wow… Vůbec jsme mu nerozuměli. Do toho se kejval, až pak spadl ze stoličky, válel se po zemi a zvracel. Ale nějakým zvláštním způsobem to bylo ono. Prostě přišel, poblil se, omdlel, no a to jsme potřebovali,“ objasňuje Al Jourgensen, jak vznikl asi nejslavnější song kapely Jesus Built My Hotrod.
Domek pana Stilburyho a jiné báchorky
Domek pana Stilburyho je próza o nesamozřejmosti rodinného štěstí. Roku 2026 prvně vychází v definitivní verzi. S ní trojice romantických hororů Duel, Dneska ráno výměna a Bagdád na Temži jako hold Robertu Louisi Stevensonovi, Edvardu Valentovi a Richardu Mathesonovi. První kluci na Marsu a další příběh jsou záměrně naivistní a parafrázují dobrodružství Štaflíka a Špagetky Aleny Munkové (*24. 9. 1926) a příhody Velkého Piráta a Šilhouna Vojtěcha Steklače. Ivo Fencl svobodně vzdal poctu milované dětské četbě, a jak míní klasik, „duše tříletého zůstane nezměněna do sta let“.
Původní moudrost
Hluboko v malajsijské horské džungli žijí Senoiové, kteří se ocitají na pokraji vymření, ačkoli jejich způsob života dost možná představuje právě tu podobu existence, jež dokáže nám všem zajistit přežití. Předindustriální, předzemědělská a polokočovná společnost Senoiů žije bez aut a mobilních telefonů, bez hodin a časových plánů uprostřed svěží zeleně, kde není prostor pro spěch a obavy, soutěživost a podezřívavost. Tito původní obyvatelé — stejně jako řada jiných domorodých skupin — se přitom dovedou s neobyčejnou přesností napojit na energie, emoce a záměry vycházející z místa, v němž žijí, a z živých bytostí, které jej obývají, s důvěrou se nechávají touto intuicí vést a využívají ji při každodenním rozhodování.
Psycholog Robert Wolff (1933–2016) mezi Senoii pobýval, učil se jejich jazyk, jedl s nimi a spal v jejich chatrčích. Wolff si Senoie zamiloval a obdivoval je za to, v jaké úctě mají ticho, jak důvěřují času, který všechno ukáže a zahojí, a žijí v radosti a přítomném okamžiku. Díky nim si uvědomil, jak dalece jsme se těmto základním hodnotám odcizili.
Původní moudrost je více než jen portrétem mizejícího národa; nastavuje zrcadlo naší vlastní existenci, umožňuje nám nahlédnout, jak moc jsme sešli z cesty intuice a důvěry, která je Senoiům zcela vlastní, a vyzývá nás, abychom v sobě tento druh lidství znovu objevili i v dnešním roztříštěném světě.
