Novelizovaný zákon o DPH 1/2026
Rozsiahla novelizácia (76 novelizačných bodov) zákona o DPH vykonaná v čl. I zákona č. 385/2025 Z.z. zavádza v troch etapách (s účinnosťou k 1.1.2026, k 1.1.2027 a k 1.7.2030) povinnú elektronickú fakturáciu a digitálne oznamovanie údajov o dodaniach tovarov a služieb finančnej správe. K 1.1.2026 nadobúdajú účinnosť ďalšie tri novely zákona o DPH (dve ustanovenia čl. I zákona č. 102/2024 Z.z., čl. X zákona č. 261/2025 Z.z. a čl. IV zákona č. 384/2025 Z.z.), preto sme (vzhľadom na závažnosť a termínovú neprehľadnosť všetkych štyroch novelizácií) spracovali úplné znenie zákona č. 222/2004 Z.z. o DPH a v rámiku za každým novelizovaným ustanovením v platnom znení uviedli pôvodné alebo v stanovených termínoch účinné znenie.
Dôvodové správy k všetkým štyrom novelám (aktualizované na základe prijatých pozmeňujúcich návrhov poslancov, resp. výborov NRSR) by mali zainteresovaným občanom a organizáciám objasniť zámery ich predkladateľov – v podstate ide o jediný výklad novelizovaných ustanovení, na ktorý prihliadajú súdy.
