Souborná publikace Knock, Knock je záznamem aktuálních pozic malířského ateliéru Roberta Šalandy – Lukáše Machalického po pěti letech jeho existence. Snaží se vystihnout živou strukturu ateliéru, nahlíží jeho důležité inspirační zdroje, různorodé pracovní postupy i výslednou tvorbu studentů a studentek, absolventů a absolventek, kteří ateliérem v průběhu let prošli. Tělo je zde chápáno jako nástroj společenské manipulace i samostatné univerzum odrážející vesmírné vlivy. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou rozděleny podle částí lidského těla. Prostřednictvím textových a vizuálních příspěvků vybraných umělců a umělkyň, teoretiček a teoretiků kniha představuje hlavní teoretická a tvůrčí specifika, kterými lze tematiku tělesnosti v současné době nazírat. Publikace vychází v koedici AVU a FAVU VUT. Darina Alster je vizuální umělkyně a performerka. Spolu s Kateřinou Olivovou vede ateliér Nová média 2 na AVU. Ve své tvorbě se kromě lidského těla zabývá i problematikou genderu a feminismu, které zpracovává v autorských performancích a v projektech uměleckého aktivismu. Je jednou ze zakladatelek kolektivu Mothers Artlovers. Piotr Sikora je kritik a kurátor současného umění. Zkoumá především vztahy mezi popkulturou, politikou a uměleckým světem. Ve své kurátorské praxi se zaměřuje na rozvoj metod pro dekonstrukci velkých narativů, využívá přitom ironii, nadsázku a provokaci.
Peter Blake

Since his emergence in the early 1960s as a key member of the Pop Art movement, Peter Blake has become one of the best-known and most popular artists of his generation. Though primarily a painter, he has worked across many media, from drawings, watercolours and collages to sculpture and printmaking, as well as commercial art in the form of graphics and album covers - most notably his design for The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper album in 1967.

Katalog Suška Kameny / Škoda Objekty vychází ke stejnojmenné výstavě Michala Škody a Čestmíra Sušky konané v Zámku Troja od 6. dubna do 3. října 2022. Michal Škoda pracuje s maximálně redukovanými tvary, které v prostoru hybridně expandují a nepřipomínají tak klasické stereometrické útvary. Působí jako objekty odvozené z futuristické architektury nebo schránky ukrývající nějaké magické tajemství. Vedle toho se intenzivně zabývá kresbou, která je plošným vyjádřením prostorových rozvrhů sledovaných v objektech. Vedle minimalistického tvarosloví je důležitou výrazovou složkou jeho prací užití černého monochromu nebo jednoduchého kontrastu černé a bílé. Čestmír Suška svou práci často definuje skrze materiál. V současnosti stojí pevnýma nohama v nové etapě, která je svázána s kamenem. Perforované cisterny jsou minulostí a odebírání hmoty z kamenného bloku představuje zcela opačný sochařský postup, který vyžaduje nejen řemeslo a flexibilní vnímání kvality kamene, ale nesmí zároveň dojít k ohnutí původní koncepce budoucího díla.

Koncepcia výstavy i publikácie, kde je zbierka spracovaná celá, je rozdelená do piatich častí – fragmentov: 1. Portréty a akty, 2. Maľba, 3. Kresba a ilustrácia, 4. Grafika, 5. Návrhy pre architektúru. Kurátorka výstavy Katarína Bajcurová, autorka poslednej veľkej monografie o Ľudovítovi Fullovi (Bratislava: Slovart a Petrus, 2009), jednotlivé diela a skupiny diel interpretuje a pri interpretácii jednotlivých „fragmentov“ prináša nové poznatky, ktoré sa objavili za ostatných desať rokov. Kniha (katalóg) s komentármi ku konkrétnym dielam je koncipovaná ako svojho druhu „rukoväť“ pre zberateľov. Výstava aj kniha sú určené všetkým záujemcom o Fullovo umenie, ktorých potešia jeho majstrovské diela a zároveň sa chcú dozvedieť niečo viac o jeho „maličkostiach“, úkrokoch či „refrénoch“ sprevádzajúcich a charakteristicky dotvárajúcich „hlavnú melódiu“ jeho tvorby.
Jitka Svobodová: Obrazy, kresby, objekty 1965-2021
Monografie Jitky Svobodové (1941), první profesorky na pražské Akademii výtvarných umění, kde vedla ateliér kresby, zahrnuje průřez všemi oblastmi její více než padesátileté práce: počínaje ranými obrazy přes tužkové kresby po kresby pastelem, doplněný o objekty, které jsou rovnocennou součástí její tvorby. Monografii doplňuje obsáhlý výbor ze studií, textů do katalogů a recenzí od řady historiků umění a výtvarných kritiků. V plné míře tak máme možnost vůbec poprvé nahlédnout do uzavřeného, vnitřně soustředěného světa autorky, zabývající se přírodními jevy a věcmi kolem nás. Mnohé ze zařazených děl nikdy nevystavila, ani nereprodukovala. Její schopnost oddělit podstatné od vedlejšího proniká vrstvy osobní zkušenosti, vyzdvihuje základní rysy každodenního okolí, převrací ustálené vazby předmětů, nechává zaznít prvotní živly. Objevuje plynoucí ve stálém, zneklidňující v trvalém.
Démoni s andělskými křídly
Libosad zvrácenosti Antonína Tesaře. Středověcí alchymisté tušili, že pokud chtějí materii očistit do stavu nejvyšší ušlechtilosti zvané Kámen mudrců, musí ji nejprve rozložit na pra-bahno počátečního chaosu před stvořením světa. Proto alchymistické Veliké Dílo začíná paradoxně hnitím, hemživostí, tlením a práchnivinou. Podobně je tomu u fotografií Antonína Tesaře. Divák, ulpívající na povrchu, zde spatří jen těla, méně či více vymknutá z kloubů klasického kánonu krásy, a doplněná zneklidňujícími rekvizitami vnitřností, mrtvých zvířat či zmrzačených hraček. Avšak už v samotné podstatě lidské lásky je přese všechnu romantiku zakódováno cosi esenciálně zvráceného; násilné vchlipování překrvených tkání do dutin, agonicky spasmatické pohyby, přelévání čpících tekutin a miasmatických slizů. Půvabná jsi, přítelkyně má, jak studna vody živé, strašná jako vojsko pochodující pod praporci, vystihl dvojlomnost tělesné krásy král Šalomoun v Písni písní už před třemi tisíciletími tak dalekosáhle, že k tomu dodnes vlastně není co dodat. Proto se odvažujte vstoupit do libosadu zvrácenosti Antonína Tesaře jedině ozbrojeni empatií i vhledem pod povrch, a pokud svázáni, pak nikoliv konvencemi, leč lany či řemeny hluboce zaříznutými do masa. Potěšte se dvojlomnou krásou obrazů, hledejte jejich skrytý smysl a příběh, a budete odměněni znepokojivým neklidem, neboť pokoj a klid znamená smrt. Petr Stančík
Jan Zrzavý a Benátky - Jan Zrzavý e Venezia, 2. vydání
Publikace Jan Zrzavý a Benátky se po rozebrání prvního vydání z roku 2010 a dotisku z roku 2011 dočkala druhého, rozšířeného vydání, v němž je uveden kompletní soubor 25 obrazů, které Jan Zrzavý daroval benátským kapucínům. Tato knížka je výslednicí mé cesty, která začala studiem korespondence Jana Zrzavého v Knihovně Národního muzea v Praze a za pomoci mých italských přátel prof. E. Bucciola a prof. G. B. Buciola byla dovršena návštěvou kapucínského kláštera v Benátkách.
