Posledné leto v meste
Leo Gazzarra sa túla uličkami Ríma ako vystrihnutými z Felliniho. Nádejný mladík, takmer vždy bez práce a ambícii, sa v alkoholovom opare necháva unášať večným mestom, medzi barmi a príbytkami bohatších priateľov, bez ktorých by asi umrel od hladu. Posledné leto v meste medzi prvými objavila talianska spisovateľka Natalia Ginzburg. Román spisovateľa a scenáristu Gianfranca Calligaricha prvýkrát vyšiel už v roku 1973, ale až po takmer päťdesiatich rokoch sa z neho stala literárna senzácia, ktorú čitatelia a čitateľky na celom svete zaraďujú medzi klasiky ako Veľký Gatsby alebo Kto chytá v žite. Doslov k aktuálnemu vydaniu knihy napísal André Aciman.
