Dane účtovníctvo odvody 1 2026 - Koniec roka v daňovej a účtovnej oblasti
S účinnosťou od 1. 1. 2026 dochádza v súvislosti s konsolidáciou stavu verejných financií k podstatnej zmene v zákone o DPH. Ide o obmedzenie odpočítania DPH len vo výške 50 % pri osobných motorových vozidlách nepoužívaných platiteľom dane výlučne na podnikanie a pri tovaroch a službách obstaraných v súvislosti s týmito vozidlami. Ďalšou zmenou je presun tovarov, a to niektorých potravín zo zníženej sadzby dane vo výške 19 % do základnej sadzbe dane vo výške 23 %.
Súčasťou zákona č. 261/2025 Z. z. z 24. septembra 2025, ktorým sa menia a dopĺňajú niektoré zákony v súvislosti s konsolidáciou stavu verejných financií, sú aj zmeny týkajúce sa dane z pridanej hodnoty.
