D S M M N R: V ľahších situačných súhvezdiach
Autorstvo D S M M N R sa nebojí gramatiky, pravopisu ani angažovanosti. Napína kazajku jazyka na prasknutie, prihovára sa zvieratám, súcití s trpiacimi. Zachytáva hmýrenie sveta a necháva sa ním unášať. Zároveň mu však aj vzdoruje. Prieči sa mechanicky a väčšinovo prijímaným pravidlám a názorom, prestupuje mocensky nastolené hranice a limity.
Básnický cyklus V ľahších situačných súhvezdiach vznikol v spoluautorstve, na jeho tvorbe sa podieľali Marianna Mlynárčiková, Nóra Ružičková a Dana Snopková. Nejde o prvé tvorivé stretnutie týchto autoriek, v minulosti spolupracovali (aj s prispením Miriam Kujanovej) na intermediálnych projektoch Rozhovory, ktoré vedú inam (2013), Bouvard a Pécuchet bádajú na poli slovenského umenia (2014) a Cvičenie s monografiami/Exercise with Monographs (2016).

Roman Beňo (1977) pocháza z Trnavy. Vyštudoval učiteľstvo na Pedagogickej fakulte Trnavskej univerzity. Dlhoročne pracoval v redakcii časopisu Historická revue, v súčasnosti pôsobí v školstve. S písaním poézie začal počas základnej vojenskej služby. Je členom bratislavského klubu BRAK a klubu Spoetika z Trnavy. Svoje verše publikoval v mnohých časopisoch vo viacerých zborníkoch, ako aj v rozhlase a na internete. Získala desiatky ocenení v literárnych súťažiach. Jeho debutová zbierka básní s názvom vrstvenie vyšla koncom roka 2013.

Visions of the future and past collide in waking and sleeping dreams, travelling landscapes threatened by floods, wildfires and the pandemic to impossible dreamscapes and soundscapes. Disabled joy and disabled rage are both tools for survival learnt from human and non-human communities.
Homoerotic Poets of the Italian Trecento
Homoerotic Poets of the Italian Trecento explores same-sex desire in the work of three skilled medieval Italian poets, bringing their verse and expression to English readers. Thirteenth- and fourteenth-century Italy produced a wide range of literature, from the courtly love of the Sicilian School, to the spiritualized love of the dolce stil nuovo and Dante, to the comic poetry that flourished with authors such as Cecco Angiolieri and Folgore da San Gimignano. Author Fabian Alfie, through his translations of these poets, shows how this cultural context allowed three medieval Italian poets—Meo dei Tolomei, Cecco Nuccoli, and Marino Ceccoli—to openly discuss their sexual relationships with other men in their own poetic verse. These three poets adapted the languages of comic literature and courtly love to the new topic of homoeroticism. The result is a unique form of poetics that blended traditional expressions with innovative material. While homoerotic subtexts in the canonical works are often highlighted in the scholarship, the expression of same-sex desire ran deeper and was more prominent than in those works alone. For these poets, same-sex desire is not the subtext to their verse—it is the text itself. Through their poems, presented in facing Italian/English format, we are given a glimpse into the range of sexual attraction available to men in medieval Italy.

Outside the museum, Ggugguyni (the Dena'ina Raven) and The Museum Curator collect discarded French fries, earrings, and secrets—or as the curator explains, together they curate moments of cataclysm. Inside the museum, their collection is displayed in installations that depict the imagined Indigenous body. Into this "distance between the learning and the telling," Wenstrup inserts The Curator and her sukdu'a, her own interpretive text. At the heart of the sukdu'a is the desire to find a form that allows the speaker's story to be heard. Through love letters, received forms, and found text, the poems reclaim their right to interpret, reinvent, and even disregard artifacts of their own mythos. Meticulously refined and delicately crafted, they encourage the reader to "decide/who you must become."
