The Purple Book
"The Purple Book" is a luxurious compendium of contemporary illustration that explores fantasy, sensuality and the erotic imagination. Kniha a DVD obsahující řadu obrazových i zvukových dokumentů zachycuje také dobu věznění Ireny Dodalové v Terezíně v letech 1942 až 1945, přičemž přibližuje příběh zcizených filmových výstřižků z tohoto období. Dále sleduje poválečné tvůrčí cesty Dodalových v americkém a argentinském exilu. Závěr knihy hledá odpověď na otázku do jaké míry mohlo mít umělecké úsilí Dodalových vliv na český poválečný animovaný film, který získal mezinárodní proslulost.
