Kniha Jany Dudkovej Zmena bez zmeny. Podoby slovenskej televíznej hranej tvorby 1990 – 1993 je prvou publikáciou, ktorá sa systematicky venuje vývoju ponovembrovej televíznej tvorby na Slovensku. Doterajšie výskumy slovenského filmu sa skoro výlučne venovali výskumu kinematografie, televíznej tvorbe sa venoval napríklad Ivan Stadtrucker, avšak len do roku 1989 kedy sa podľa neho oslabuje kultúrotvorná funkcia televízie. Monografia Zmena bez zmeny dokazuje opak a vyvracia mýty o zániku či úpadku televíznej tvorby po roku 1989, prítomné napríklad i v Dejinách slovenskej kinematografie od Václava Maceka a Jeleny Paštékovej. Robí tak na príklade výskumu až 270 hraných diel, ktoré vznikli v období 1990 – 1993 a to so špeciálnym fokusom na obraz spoločenskej zmeny a reflexiu (Nežnej) revolúcie.

Kniha, ktorá je aj zároveň učebnicou mediálnej etiky, definuje postavenie režiséra ako najvyššie kompetentného a zodpovedného filmového a televízneho pracovníka pri dodržiavaní etických a morálnych princípov.

Slovenský štát vo filme
Monografia Slovenský štát vo filme. Dokumentárna a hraná tvorba po roku 1945 vznikla spojením dvoch autorských pohľadov na Slovenský štát po Slovenskom štáte. V prvej časti Eva Filová skúma zobrazovanie minulosti prostredníctvom nehraného, dokumentárneho filmu, v druhej časti Eva Vženteková rekonštruuje ten istý obraz v hraných kinofilmoch.
Obdobie vojnového štátu sa stalo predmetom mnohých historických výskumov a štúdií aj interpretácií, zobrazovanie minulosti je zároveň aj výpoveďou tej prítomnosti, ktorá historický obraz utvára. Ponúkané texty usilujú o nachádzanie a objasňovanie kľúčových atribútov sledovaných filmov, o ich vzťahy k dobovej slovensko-štátnej skutočnosti, ako o nej vypovedali falšovaním, prípadne jasnozrivým prienikom. Na pomedzí filmu a histórie a prostredníctvom tematických okruhov (napr. internacionalizmus, zamlčaný holokaust, priestory a prostredia, typológie postáv, toposy správania) s množstvom príkladov a rozborov autorky ponúkajú nový pohľad na starú tému. Lebo filmy o vojnovej dobe a Povstaní nie sú iba Vlčie diery a Kapitán Dabač, ale desiatky až stovky ďalších, aj menej známych domácich filmových diel. Texty sú doplnené fotografiami z archívu Slovenského filmového ústavu.
Eva Filová absolvovala VŠVU a Filmovú a televíznu fakultu VŠMU, kde pedagogicky pôsobí. Napísala knihu Eros, sexus, gender v slovenskom filme (2013), je spoluautorkou rozhlasového cyklu Kino-Ucho (2012 2014) a niekoľkých edukatívnych projektov. Dramaturgicky a lektorsky spolupracuje s kinom Lumiere a festivalmi 4 živly, Febiofest, Art Film Fest.
Eva Vženteková (predtým Dzúriková) po absolvovaní kulturológie na Filozofickej fakulte UK publikuje filmové recenzie a texty v rôznych periodikách. Je autorkou monografií Dejiny filmovej distribúcie v organizácii a správe slovenskej kinematografie (Fotofo, 1996) a Diptych Štefana Uhra Organ a Tri dcéry (Fotofo, 2013) a tiež knižného rozhovoru Vyznanie tajného kňaza (Lúč, 2010). Prvé dva tituly boli ocenené prémiou Literárneho fondu.

Filmaři disentu - Michal Hýbek v paměti archivů a přátel
Michal Hýbek nebyl jen kameraman disentu, byl všestrannou osobností s kontakty a zájmy v oblasti hudby, výtvarné kultury a divadla, o kterých přinášel svou tvorbou svědectví. Byl mimo jiné autorem prvního dokumentu o Václavu Havlovi a také jednou z hlavních postav Originálního videojournalu. Jan Bernard rekonstruuje Hýbkovu životní pouť na základě průzkumu velkého množství archivních materiálů i rozhovorů s pamětníky. Kniha tak rozšiřuje dosavadní poznání dějin každodennosti a alternativní kultury v socialistickém Československu a přináší i nové informace o zrodu filmového a televizního průmyslu na počátku 90. let.
