Obrazová publikace Trilogie, jejímž autorem je básník, překladatel a fotograf Tomáš Jacko, může být pro mnohé trochu oříškem. Na první pohled je zřejmé, že autor své inscenované snímky, vynikající technickou precizností a téměř magickou prací se světlem, nedává jen tak na odiv řazení do tematických trojic naznačuje, že jejich prostřednictvím vypráví. Jenomže vyprávění si lze těžko představit bez příběhu, a budeme-li v trilogiích příběhy hledat, snadno se můžeme ocitnout ve slepé uličce. Podobně jako ve své poezii však Jacko i v této knize více skrývá, než odhaluje, více zamlžuje, než vysvětluje. A divákovi tak nezbývá než se stát aktivním účastníkem procesu tvorby a pustit se do odvěkého dobrodružství, jímž je vkládání vlastních příběhů a vlastních významů do uměleckého díla.
