Mýtus o „věčném přátelství“ Bulharska a Ruska je dodnes jedním z obecně přijímaných mýtů, v Bulharsku i v jiných zemích. Cílem práce Karla Durmana (1932–2023), českého historika, který byl od r. 1980 ve švédské emigraci, je „odhalit základní lež tohoto mýtu“ a ukázat jeho povýtce ideologickou podstatu. Národní jednota severočeská 1918–1938
Publikace pojednává o historii Národní jednoty severočeské, která hrála významnou roli nejen v období Československé republiky (1918–1938). Jednalo se o obranný spolek, který se snažil posílit český vliv v pohraničních oblastech. Soužití Čechů a Němců se už ve druhé polovině 19. století dostávalo stále více do roviny národnostních komplikací. Obzvláště vážná situace byla ve smíšených regionech. Česká menšina se dostávala do útlaku, a proto se začaly zakládat obranné jednoty, které podporovaly Čechy zejména v hospodářské a kulturní oblasti. V severočeském pohraničí působila od roku 1885 Národní jednota severočeská, která se velmi rychle rozrůstala, a těsně před první světovou válkou čítala více než padesát tisíc členů. Činnost Národní jednoty severočeské pokračovala i po válce (v době první republiky), jelikož podle skutečných poměrů v zemi nebylo možné považovat národnostní otázku za uzavřenou. Spolek po dobu několika desetiletí podporoval českou menšinu v převážně německých oblastech, a to například tím, že pomáhal živnostníkům, organizoval množství kulturních akcí, byl činný v menšinovém školství a vydával vlastní časopis Hraničář. Autorka analyzuje činnost tohoto spolku v různých oblastech, jako je politika, školství a kulturní aktivity. Zkoumá také jeho vztah k německým nacionálním spolkům. V březnu 1939 se Národní jednota severočeská stala součástí Národní matice, čímž jako samostatná organizace přestala existovat.

Samospráva a právo mesta Krupina v stredoveku
V časoch panovania kráľa Bela IV. získala komunita mešťanov v Krupine svoje privilégiá, ktoré dali základ neskoršiemu krupinskému právu, s ktorým sa pri svojej práci stretol nejeden historik. Toto právo našlo okrem samotnej Krupiny uplatnenie aj v desiatkach ďalších lokalít. Výraznou mierou tak pomohlo rozvoju osídlenia na území Slovenska v stredoveku. Krupina v priebehu stredoveku vytvorila okolo seba rozsiahly právny okruh a neraz zasiahla aj do vývoja práva v celouhorskom kontexte. Doteraz však nevyšla práca, ktorá by sa touto témou zaoberala do hĺbky. Práve táto publikácia má toto biele miesto zaplniť. V prípade stredovekých uhorských miest ide ruka v ruke s privilégiami a právom aj ich samospráva. Richtár a mestská rada často tvorili súdny tribunál mesta. Popri súdnej funkcii richtár a mestská rada riešili rôzne otázky hospodárstva mesta, jeho fungovania a v neposlednom rade hájili záujmy mesta – často aj pred samotným panovníkom. Publikácia prezentuje vývoj a fungovanie samosprávy v stredovekej Krupine, kde môžeme nezriedka sledovať konanie konkrétnych mešťanov, ktorí doslova tvorili dejiny mesta. Publikácia prináša hlboký a analytický pohľad na vývoj samosprávy a práva v Krupine. Prezentované poznatky a tvrdenia sú založené v prevažnej miere na náročnom a pracom výskume archívneho materiálu. Únosy dopravních letadel v Československu
Autoři ve své knize uvádí jednak legislativu, která se vztahuje na únosy letadel, jako i jiné formy shora uvedených protiprávních skutků. Autoři se zabývají jednotlivými formami těchto protiprávních jednání v kontextu dobových kriminálních, případně trestních spisů, které v rámci přípravy museli prostudovat. Kniha je sondou do života a fungování finanční stráže v letech 1918-1948. Zapomenuté pašerácké aféry z regionu Novohradska a Kaplicka byly dohledány paběrkováním v desítkách kartonů fondů okresních a krajských soudů, okresních úřadů a policejních ředitelství, resortních věstníků a dobových periodik, pamětí bývalých finančníků a mnohých dalších zdrojů.
