Ultrazvukové vyšetření a léčba dětského kyčelního kloubu
Poslední monografie o ultrazvukovém vyšetření dětského kyčelního kloubu vyšla před téměř třiceti lety. Od té doby se sjednotil princip vyšetření a prevence vývojové dysplazie kyčelního kloubu, došlo k výraznému snížení rtg expozice u dětí a rovněž díky včasné diagnostice ke značnému snížení nutných operačních zákroků.
Léčba a prevence vrozených a vývojových vad kyčelního kloubu u dětí má v naší zemi dlouholetou tradici. Systém současných kontrol, tzv. systém trojího síta, je jedním z nejpropracovanějších metodických pokynů a stává se vzorem pro mnoho dalších zemí. Došlo rovněž k úpravě věstníku — metodického pokynu vyšetřování dětských kyčelních kloubů – která v sobě zahrnuje nutnost ultrazvukového vyšetření kyčlí a podstatně omezuje dosud používaný systém rtg kontrol.
Snahou autorů je zavést jednotný systém vyšetření, klasifikace a návazné léčby vývojové dysplazie kyčelního kloubu (VDK). V nové monografii je uvedena také taktika léčby VDK dle celosvětových trendů a kapitola o vyšetření výpotku kyčelního kloubu. Publikace umožní správnou orientaci při vyšetření ultrazvukovou technikou a přispěje k časné detekci a adekvátní léčbě vývojových a vrozených vad kyčelního kloubu.
Publikace by měla sjednotit prevenci a detekci VDK – vyšetření u pediatra, ortopeda i na sonografických a rtg pracovištích.

Zmiňuje aktuální problematiku rizik užívání návykových látek a podrobně rozebírá vztah lékaře a jeho smluvního zaměstnavatele. The war on the Eastern Front from 1941 to 1945 was the largest sustained air-ground conflict in military history and played the decisive role in the defeat of the Third Reich.
