Monografia Trest zákazu činnosti v cestnej doprave predstavuje súhrn poznatkov a postrehov autora z jeho aplikačnej praxe i publikačnej činnosti, zároveň vyjadruje zvýšenú po¬trebu aplikačnej praxe vecne a odborne diskutovať o optimálnom nastavení pozi¬tívnej právnej úpravy. Jej cieľom je zrozumiteľným spôsobom vysvetliť problematiku týkajúcu sa trestu zákazu činnosti v cestnej doprave, ponúknuť výklad niektorých inštitútov a formulovať návrhy v zmysle de lege ferenda. Ambíciou autora bolo predostrieť čitateľovi i formy riešenia aplikačných problémov, s ktorými sa možno stretnúť pri praktickej aplikácii práva. Autor svoje právne názory podporuje judikatúrou, prevažne odvolacích krajských súdov, ale aj Najvyššieho súdu SR a Ústavného súdu SR, náležitú pozornosť venoval aj rôznym variantom výroku o treste zákazu činnosti, keďže rozsah uloženého trestu závisí od precízne formulovaného odsudzujúceho výroku. Monografia je určená nielen pre zástupcov z aplikačnej praxe (sudcov, prokurátorov a advokátov), ale tiež môže byť určitou pomôckou pre potreby akademickej obce. The Psychosis of Whiteness
