Kazuistiky z neonatologie II
Již od roku 1990 je neonatologie uznávaným specializovaným oborem dětského lékařství se zaměřením na péči o fyziologické a patologické novorozence. Díky zlepšujícímu se poznání patofyziologických procesů, technickému pokroku, zlepšení kvality intenzivní péče, léčebných a ošetřovatelských postupů došlo k výraznému zlepšení neonatální mortality a morbidity v naší republice. Tyto ukazatele se již řadu let drží na světové úrovni a můžeme být na ně adekvátně pyšní.
Bohužel, ne každé dítě se narodí zdravé či v termínu porodu. Spektrum novorozeneckých onemocnění je velmi široké, zahrnuje běžné i velmi vzácné choroby, onemocnění související s nezralostí, vrozené vývojové vady, infekce, hypoxická postižení i různé typy dědičných metabolických poruch.
Pro zvýšení osvěty v tomto oboru pořádá primářka Milena Dokoupilová od roku 2016 každoročně odborné konference „Dny novorozeneckých kazuistik“, které se zabývají širokou problematikou novorozenců od 30. týdne těhotenství. Tato akce, která se tradičně koná v krásném a příjemném prostředí zámku Zbiroh, má vysokou úroveň a je odbornou veřejností velmi kladně hodnocena.
V roce 2020 jsme vybrali z proběhlých konferencí zajímavé kazuistiky a vydali první díl publikace Kazuistiky z neonatologie. Jelikož kniha měla velký ohlas a zajímavých kazuistik zahrnujících diagnózy, se kterými se setkáváme běžně, ale také velmi vzácně, je prezentováno dostatek i nadále, rozhodli jsem se vydat druhý díl této publikace. V nové knize budou opět prezentovány kazuistiky týkající se jak lehce a středně nezralých, tak i donošených novorozenců. Jednotlivé kazuistiky doplňuje teoretická část s diferenciálnědiagnostickou rozvahou, dále obsahují obrazovou dokumentaci, schémata, tabulky i krátkou diskusi a v závěru jsou samozřejmě uvedeny literární odkazy.
Věříme, že i druhý díl oblíbených Kazuistik z neonatologie bude dobrým pomocníkem v postgraduálním vzdělávání mladých lékařů a v praxi pomůže k včasné diagnóze i léčbě.
