Učebnica Ochrana spotrebiteľa na finančnom trhu je v slovenskom prostredí prvou právne zameranou učebnicou, prinášajúcou ucelený pohľad na vzťahy vznikajúce medzi spotrebiteľom a obchodníkom na finančnom trhu, a to kombináciou súkromnoprávnych a verejnoprávnych aspektov regulácie. V úvodných kapitolách autori rozkrývajú potrebu osobitnej ochrany spotrebiteľov v prostredí finančného trhu, právomoci Národnej banky Slovenska, jej regulačné, dohliadacie a sankčné nástroje. Osobitná pozornosť je venovaná prehľadu procesných možností spotrebiteľa domáhať sa svojich práv voči obchodníkom – dohliadaným subjektom, a taktiež poskytovaniu finančných služieb na diaľku, nekalým obchodným praktikám a neprijateľným zmluvným podmienkam na finančnom trhu. Ťažisko učebnice spočíva v detailnej analýze postavenia finančného spotrebiteľa v jednotlivých sektoroch finančného trhu: bankovníctvo, platobné služby, spotrebiteľské úvery a úvery na bývanie, poistenie, dôchodkové sporenie, investovanie, finančné sprostredkovanie, devízový sektor a garančné systémy. Podielové spoluvlastníctvo - Judikatúra
Podielové spoluvlastníctvo predstavuje majetkový režim, ktorý často vzniká za špecifických okolností. Značná časť jeho prípadov je založená v dôsledku dedičskej postupnosti – spolumajiteľmi určitého majetku sa teda bežne stávajú aj osoby, ktoré môžu mať veľmi rozdielne názory na to, ako by sa mala spoločná vec využiť.
Už vyššie uvedené predznačuje, že spoluvlastníctvo (na rozdiel od tzv. výlučného vlastníctva) generuje až dva osobitné okruhy práv a povinností. Prvý z nich je reprezentovaný právnym postavením spoluvlastníkov voči tretím osobám; druhý (a v praxi neraz omnoho komplikovanejší) okruh sa týka vzájomných vzťahov spoluvlastníkov.
Základ právnej úpravy podielového spoluvlastníctva tvorí len zopár paragrafov Občianskeho zákonníka. Možno aj to je dôvodom, prečo sú súdne spory medzi podielovými spoluvlastníkmi pomerne frekventované. Okrem konaní o jeho zrušenie a vyporiadanie patria k tým najobvyklejším napríklad spory ohľadom užívania či zhodnocovania spoločnej veci alebo konania, v ktorých sú uplatňované nároky zo zákonného predkupného práva spoluvlastníkov.

Anastas Mikoyan
Veteran Soviet statesman and longtime Politburo member Anastas Ivanovich Mikoyan is perhaps best remembered in both the West and the post-Soviet space as a master political survivor who weathered every Soviet leader from Lenin to Brezhnev. Less well known is the pivotal role that Mikoyan played in dismantling and rejecting the Stalinist legacy and guiding Khrushchev's nationality policy toward greater decentralization and cultural expression for nationalities. Based on new discoveries from the Russian and Armenian archives, Anastas Mikoyan is the first major biographical study in English of a key figure in Soviet politics. The book focuses on the Armenian statesman's role as a reformer during the Thaw of 1953–1964, when Stalin's death and Khrushchev's ascension opened the door to greater pluralism and democratization in the Soviet Union. Mikoyan had been a loyal Stalinist, but his background as a native Armenian guided his Thaw-era reform initiatives on nationality policy and de-Stalinization. The statesman advocated a dynamic approach to governance, rejecting national nihilism and embracing a multitude of ethnicities under the aegis of "socialist democracy," using Armenia as his exemplar. While the Soviet government adopted most of Mikoyan's recommendations, Khrushchev's ouster in 1964 ended the prospects for political change and led to Mikoyan's own resignation the following year. Nevertheless, Mikoyan remained a prominent public figure until his death in 1978. Navy censors in the field and editors at Marine Corps headquarters in Washington were also on alert for any material that could negatively affect the Corps itself or the overall war effort. Soul-searching stories that questioned the nature of war were rejected lest they sow doubt stateside about the cause for which so many lives were being lost. Behind the bylines was a new breed of storytellers. Considered "fighter-writers," Marine combat correspondents, or CCs, carried typewriters as well as weapons. The Marine Corps Division of Public Relations recruited them from America’s newsrooms to join the fight that stretched from Guadalcanal and the bloody assault on Tarawa to the black sands of Iwo Jima and the dense jungles of Okinawa. Their approved work appeared in civilian newspapers, magazines, and other national and local media. This collection also highlights the unique efforts of the CCs and the public relations officers who commanded them. While they were assigned to report and write, they were Marines first. They eagerly put aside their notebooks to take up arms against the enemy as needed. Many were wounded in battle, and more than a dozen were killed, giving their lives to get the story behind the most significant conflict in human history.

State of Others: Levinas and Decolonial Israel explores the relations between post-Holocaust Jewish thought and postcolonial thought through the work of Emmanuel Levinas. In the last decade, thinkers have criticized Levinas for his Eurocentrism; however, author Elad Lapidot argues that Levinas anticipated this critique and, from the 1960s onward, began setting the foundations for decolonial Jewish thought - and for decolonial Zionism. State of Others offers an innovative analysis of Levinas's intellectual project as articulated around a turn in the year 1968. This turn relates to the relationship between Judaism and Western civilization. Prior to 1968, Levinas considered the historical Jewish collective, Israel, as the avant-garde of Western humanism. After 1968, with the rise of decolonial discourse, Levinas's concept of Israel shifts roles and becomes the paradigmatic victim of Western imperialism.
