Novelizovaný zákon o priestupkoch 13/2025
Novelizovaný zákon o PRIESTUPKOCH s aktualizovanými dôvodovými správami.
Novelizovaný zákon o priestupkoch (NZ 6/2025), ktorý sme vydali začiatkom roka 2025, sa vypredal krátko po zverejnení ďalšej novely priestupkového zákona vykonanej v čl. IV zákona č 150/2025 Z.z., preto sme namiesto dotlače NZ 6/2025 zapracovali do znenia zákona najnovšiu novelu s aktualizovanou dôvodovou správou. Nové NZ 13/2025 teda obsahuje ustanovenia novelizované štyrmi zákonmi (v rámiku za každým novelizovaným ustanovením sme uviedli pôvodné znenie) a štyri dôvodové správy aktualizované na základe prijatých pozmeňujúcich návrhov poslancov, resp. výborov NRSR.

Naslouchejme tomu, co Duch praví
Kniha Naslouchejme tomu, co Duch praví církvím. Malý průvodce synodalitou vznikla jako odpověď na potřebu přiblížit téma synodality každému křesťanovi, a sice nikoli jako abstraktní pojem, ale jako praktickou duchovní cestu.
Publikace je výsledkem spolupráce slovenských a českých autorů, jejichž cílem bylo vytvořit text srozumitelný široké veřejnosti, zároveň však pevně zakotvený v teologické reflexi a v učení církve.
Text je uspořádán formou otázek a odpovědí, díky čemuž se čtenář snadno zorientuje a nalezne odpovědi na aktuální otázky týkající se synodálního procesu. Kniha vysvětluje základní pojmy, představuje vývoj instituce Biskupské
synody, zakotvuje synodalitu v tradici církve a zároveň nabízí konkrétní nástroje – metodu konverzace v Duchu a komunitní rozlišování. Předmluvu napsal kardinál Mario Grech, generální sekretář Biskupské synody, odborný
příspěvek poskytl i profesor Piero Coda, generální sekretář Mezinárodní teologické komise.
Tato kniha je vhodná pro kněze, laiky, členy pastoračních rad, ale i pro každého věřícího, který touží žít svou víru v duchu společné cesty. Není to jen kniha – je to výzva a pozvání kráčet společně jako Boží lid.

Raise the Flag!
The Division was created as part of the 1944 expansion of the Waffen SS and was rooted in Hitler’s policy of divide and rule that he implemented even among his closest confidants. It was Hitler himself who made the decision that the division should be manned using volunteers from the Sturm Abteilung (SA) and bearing the name of the SA ‘martyr’ Horst Wessel, knowing that this would be anathema to Heinrich Himmler, head of the SS. Virtually no volunteers were forthcoming, which resulted in the division being fleshed out using ethnic Germans from the Hungarian/Yugoslav border regions, built around the 1st SS Motorised Infantry Brigade, a notorious ‘Anti-Partisan’ unit.The history of the Division offers a new perspective on the war in the East precisely because the unit was not feted, was not famous. Its equipment and training were inadequate. The assault guns earmarked for the Panzer Battalion were re-allocated to the 12th SS Panzer Division ‘Hitler Jugend’ and the Panzerjäger Battalion was trained using ‘Hetzer’ tank destroyers but was issued with unfamiliar Stug III assault guns on the eve of battle. For most of the war the Division conducted a fighting retreat until final capitulation in Czechoslovakia. Through meticulous research in primary sources, James O’Brien adds significant new insights into the war on the Eastern Front.
Kaman H-2 Seasprite
A detailed, highly illustrated history of the Kaman H-2, including more than 300 images. Kaman developed the Seasprite for the US Navy, specifically for shipborne operations. The type was adopted in 1962 and remained in service for more than 30 years, seeing combat both in Vietnam and during Operation Desert Storm. The Seasprite performed admirably in a wide variety of roles, including antisubmarine warfare and search and rescue. This a detailed, highly illustrated history of the Kaman H-2 and includes more than 300 images. Author Wayne Mutza served as an Army helicopter crew chief during the Vietnam War and has authored more than two dozen books on military history and technology.

John Morton
John Morton (c. 1420–1500) was one of the most important men in the land from the Wars of the Roses to the start of the Tudor dynasty. Yet he has been largely ignored in recent times.He was a man of great character and influence over politics and the Church. He lived into his eighties, having served three kings as a councillor, Master of the Rolls, Lord Chancellor, bishop, Archbishop of Canterbury and Cardinal. He was a key figure in the early Tudor state. He had escaped from the Tower of London, lived in exile twice, and was a major adversary of Richard III. He funded the building of Hatfield Palace, the first drainage of the fens, and the central tower of Canterbury Cathedral. The Morton Missal contained the first printed music in England.As S. B. Chrimes observed, ‘Although there can be little doubt that Morton was the key figure in Henry VII’s government, nothing approaching an adequate study of his life and role has yet been published.’ In fact, no detailed biography of Morton has been produced since Victorian times.This book follows John Morton’s career through the reigns of Henry VI and Edward IV, and his central role in opposition to Richard III, before his fifteen years as Lord Chancellor to Henry VII, which were crucial to the establishment of the Tudor dynasty.

Divided Unions
A comparative history of public and private sector unions from the Wagner Act of 1935 until today The 2011 battle in Wisconsin over public sector employees' collective bargaining rights occasioned the largest protests in the state since the Vietnam War. Protestors occupied the state capitol building for days and staged massive rallies in downtown Madison, receiving international news coverage. Despite an unprecedented effort to oppose Governor Scott Walker's bill, Act 10 was signed into law on March 11, 2011, stripping public sector employees of many of their collective bargaining rights and hobbling government unions in Wisconsin. By situating the events of 2011 within the larger history of public sector unionism, Alexis N. Although explicitly about government unions, Walker's book argues that the fates of public and private sector unions are inextricably linked. She contends that the exclusion of public sector employees from the foundation of private sector labor law, the Wagner Act, firmly situated private sector law at the national level, while relegating public sector employees' efforts to gain collective bargaining rights to the state and local levels. She shows how private sector unions benefited tremendously from the national-level protections in the law while, in contrast, public sector employees' efforts progressed slowly, were limited to union-friendly states, and the collective bargaining rights that they finally did obtain were highly unequal and vulnerable to retrenchment. As a result, public and private sector unions peaked at different times, preventing a large, unified labor movement. The legacy of the Wagner Act, according to Walker, is that labor remains geographically concentrated, divided by sector, and hobbled in its efforts to represent working Americans politically in today's era of rising economic inequality.
