Több mint 30 könyve jelent meg, életművének nagy része magyarul is olvasható. Világszerte a XX. század egyik jelentős történészeként tartják számon; népszerűségét nem annyira új kutatási eredményeinek, mint inkább a történészszakmában ritka szépirodalmi stílusának köszönheti.

Plzeňské konstrukční kanceláři se podařilo navrhnout jedinečné projekty pancéřových automobilů a v pozdější době i tanků. U příležitosti stého výročí výroby obrněného automobilu PA-II jsme si dovolili vydat knihu věnovanou vývoji a výrobě pancéřových automobilů strojírnou Škoda v letech 1919 až 1936.
Toulavé džípy - Poslední dny války v Čechách v roce 1945
Duben a květen 1945: Němečtí nacisté věděli, že již prohráli válku, ale ti nejzuřivější byli stále ochotni bojovat. V té době však již v Bavorsku, Sasku i v Čechách existovaly poměrně rozsáhlé vojensky málo zajištěné oblasti, které by mohly být bez odporu obsazeny. Byl to proto čas bláznivých misí osamělých džípů v „zemi nikoho“, což je i případ kuriózních dobrodružství hrdinů této knihy, kteří se proháněli v malém vozidle, jež je výrazným symbolem konce této války.

Autori príspevkov predstavujú v predkladanej publikácii tieto podoby aktivít na bratislavskom združení YMCA, ktoré si v decembri 2023 pripomenulo 100. výročie otvorenia budovy na rohu Karpatskej a Šancovej ulice v Bratislave. Približujú tiež činnosť a aktérov ostatných ymkárskych miestnych združení v Československu a zasadzujú ich do širšieho kontextu českých a slovenských dejín 20. storočia.

Catland
‘He invented a whole cat world’ declared H. G. Wells of Louis Wain, the Edwardian artist whose anthropomorphic kittens made him a household name.
